I went back the following Friday to book the appointment, but had a simple question about the front spoiler. I was received by a different, older, unfriendly man. I was told Jayson was in the back, too busy and he couldn't get him. Furthermore, this man couldn't help me because he didn't write the initial quote up. The worst part is, he told me I should know better than to come in on a Friday because that is when all cars are being picked up and they are too busy to discuss anything with me. He was extremely rude and frazzled. I was the only person in the waiting area at the time and told him I was not in a rush. I explained that I wasn't in the auto body business and could not have known that Friday's were a bad day to ask a question. If he was nicer, I would have gladly came back on a better day. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and they lost my business for ever. I was beyond blown away how someone in a customer service business could treat someone so poorly. If one person can't handle the front desk on a Friday, then perhaps they should higher someone else.

Then when they pulled off the masking tape and paper to protect from overs pray,they pulled off the clear coat on both rear quarter panels and all the door handles. When they tried to repair that they tried to pop out various parts on the inside and remove both rear side windows. My truck broke down on Rt 287 near Bridgewater. I looked on NTTSbreakdown.com who the nearest tow truck company was and it was Bauer Automotive Truck Service. I asked them if they had the time to take my truck (which had empty trailers behind it) to the FedEx terminal in Edison and then 1 mile to leave my truck in the FedEx yard. The total mile from their shop to the FedEx yard was 39 miles. To make a long story short they charged me $2317 for the tow, which is obscene. I asked the owner Mike how he could possibly charge this amount to a small operator and he laughed it off. Do yourself a favor and don't ever use this company. They told him "I told you not to bring your car in if it was raining so why did you even bother calling?" They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!!
