Brief summary of attached Complaint against Supplier of service of Fraudulent transaction:
Financial transactions totaling $ 6893.94 are being contested by customer and his mother as
fraudulent transactions, false representation of a service that was not performed by a Jasper
Automotive certified representative. Transactions on two different customer's/relatives credit
card receipts related to the same auto repair that was performed on the above listed
automobile owned by Jason K. Hutchinson paid for by Jason and mother Ruth A. Easterwood..
Attached are receipts and detailed documentation showing customer purchased supplier's
service under the impression the work was being performed and warranted by a Jaspers
Engines and Transmissions (8007455827) representative affiliated with Jasper. Supplier
falsely completed the transaction with the customer and paying relative knowing said repair
work was not completed/remanufactured by Jaspers Engines and transmissions. Customer has
no Jasper warranty filled out paperwork or perhaps any warranty to his knowledge as led to
believe by Erik Rowe owner of Community Car Care.
This is committing fraud in the highest regard. Customer purchased an engine that was not
rebuilt by a Jaspers representative which was agreed upon at the time of repair down payment..
Customer has no idea where the warranty is from or if one even exists which makes my engine useless
as Erik Rowe Manager Community Car Care refuses to service the engine saying nothing wrong with it
yet keep your engine receipt that clearly states it has a 3year 1000-mile warranty. Community Car
Care refuses to honor this transaction because he lied about where the engine was rebuilt at in the first
place. Back to a fraudulent transaction perpetrated by Community Car Care. The Claimant/customer is
this requesting a full refund of amounts he and his mother paid to this Merchant/Supplier totaling
$6893.94 to be credited back to their credit cards..
So this guys decided to not only purchase an engine from Oreilly's and not from jaspers bascially defrauding me and my mother if that amount of money. I tried to contact him and he stated have fun trying to sue us. I mean I believe that is a fraud and a hockster. I have been to a few auto repair stores and a few employees stated that the owner takes back parts to the store that were not purchased at the store
