In the past, I've had a bad experience with a company (will not mention any names) who could not deliver on a timely manner and always had an excuse when I'd call to find out the status of my sign. Definitely will go back to them for my next sign.

Knowing that we are a small non-profit with a correspondingly small budget, he always offered us a courtesy discount. He has even helped us at no charge in a pinch. Frietas & Saito was recently acquired by Kobayashi, Kanetoku, Doi, Lum & Yasuda CPAs LLC, nevertheless Dick and his accounting team remain just a click or call away. pre-covid review: My…read moreboss is all about safety of his employees, so It was yet again, another office safety training session... We have had a few companies give their interpretation of office training, but it was the training provided by AON that did the trick for us, it really was about sending the right trainer! The trainer, Anibal Esquef, Remember that name!, and you MUST request for him if you are ever in need of safety or CPR training, he really means business! Anibal is full of energy and takes safety very seriously. He prepared us on how to protect yourself from possibly dangerous situations around the office, and while walking to your car. He thought us how important it is to think fast and smart, be aggressive and be aware of your everyday surroundings, things we never would have thought of otherwise. Anibal was also the trainer when I took a CPR/First Aid class a few months prior. His assertiveness is perfect to teach a nervous person as myself the basics of how to treat (or not to treat) common injuries. He gave me the skills and confidence I need to possibly save someone's life, who knows? This "someone" could be very dear to you, or a person right next to you? AON is 100% fortunate to have Anibal Esquef on their team, we were fortunate to have him as our safety trainer!

I used to have one of my employees doing my IT. He was decent, but it made our relationship difficult because he spent way too much time doing IT and not nearly enough time doing his real job. When he left the company, I thought I would be screwed. These guys saved my life! They completely overhauled my system, and it now runs smoother than ever before. When there is the occasional problem, these guy are there by remote or in person on the double. I send an email, and I get a phone call from them in minutes (I'm not joking...minutes...sometimes less than a minute). Combine this company with Trinet (my internet provider), and you have got yourself the ultimate team. They are lifesavers. They are also affordable. I thought getting this level of IT support would cost us an arm and a leg. THESE GUYS RULE!!!!!! They also have connections to web designers, mobile app designers, and whatever else you can think of. Seriously...don't let your business be beholden to someone who might leave you. Get an IT support team that kicks serious ass.

Granted they do know their stuff and are eager to help you but if you have a problem with their choice of hardware or they did not do the work as specified is when they show their true colors. Virtually no response from either voice mail or email. The owner carries around a smart phone and an ipad and I know he has multiple computers at his disposal but yet he does not respond. No excuse. Very unprofessional. They are a bunch of kids trying to pretend to be playing in the big leagues. Stay far away, they are not the only game in town despite the fact that they act like it.
