Alex worked with us to make sure we could find a loan that fit us and fit the type of home we wanted to buy. He was very thorough and stayed on top of everything. He also worked well with our realtor to ensure a smooth process. There were some kinks along the way (my fault for changing jobs!) but they were taken care of. Alex is a very professional, yet easy-going person and we were thrilled to work with him. I have had multiple problems when I have gone to the Nandino location. I'm ready to close my checking account, two savings accounts, my Chase CC and my Chase mortgage over the terrible service at this location! I have even spoke with the branch manager, she is the worse one. The tellers try to be helpful. The bankers in the cubicles might as well not be there! Someone at corporate needs to make changes here! I called the 1-800# to complain as well. They need to know why they are loosing business! I only wish I could give them a zero star rating.
