I've seen many kids become difficult and hit others or defy the rules and everytime the teachers have done what they needed to correct the situation. They do not touch the child or harshly discipline them. This school is the closest you can get to perfect. Some days my child has come home smelling of perfume because a teacher was cuddling her. I also always get a phone call when my child is injured like falling on the playground or bitten as a baby. Not only are the teachers amazing with a low turnover rate, but the curriculum is amazing! My daughter came home one day telling me what a chrysalis is! What 4 year old knows that?! I would recommend this school to anyone! My daughter gets upset when I pick her up at night because she has such a good time there. It's nice to know she's happy all day when I'm at work.

The fear, confusion and anger that came with our son's learning disability diagnosis 11 years ago…read morehas shifted to acceptance and pride and joy. We enrolled our son at The Hillside School in second grade. He was there for three years then re-enrolled in seventh grade to help pilot the middle school program. The strategies he was taught in reading and writing along with skills in meta-cognition and self-advocacy have successfully supported him through high school and he will graduate in June. He was recently re-evaluated by our local school district in preparation for college admission. While he will always have a learning difference, he has tested out of needing specially designed instruction and hence an IEP. The faculty and staff at The Hillside School have consistently guided us with compassion and respect. Our investment in our son's education in his elementary and middle school years has been worth the time, effort and money put forth. My gratitude for Hillside is deep and wide. We celebrate our son's strengths every day and look forward to a bright future.

I love that they have a nature study program where the children spend time outdoors learning and having fun! The principal as well as the teachers provide a caring environment focused on each individual child's needs and a commitment to their education. There is a real sense of community amongst the homeschoolers at this school.

I enrolled at Roadmaster Drivers School expecting a professional learning environment and a…read morepositive training experience. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. During my enrollment, I experienced conduct by a school employee that I believed crossed professional boundaries and made me uncomfortable continuing in the program. As a result, I ultimately withdrew from the school. Afterward, I made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly with the school. I communicated with management, participated in a formal demand process, and provided a detailed written statement when additional information was requested. Despite those efforts, I have yet to receive a meaningful resolution. I am sharing this review because I believe prospective students should know that, in my experience, resolving serious concerns after they arise has been extremely difficult. I remain willing to resolve this matter professionally and hope the company will engage in a constructive dialogue.

New Goshenhoppen Nursery School proves to be one of the best nursery school programs around in my…read moreeyes. My son has been in schooling since the age of two, finishing his pre- schooling in the Pre-k class at NGHNS. He was in a small class, allowing for a lot of individual attention; I felt that the teachers truly learned who he was, how he learned, and had a strong relationship with him. The price is extremely reasonable for the three day a week program. The teachers are genuine, they care about your children, and they have plenty of help between teachers, aids and assistants to ensure no child is left behind. They do a good amount of field trips, programs, and activities always allowing for parents to tag along and be involved. They have optional bible study, so wether you choose to have a nonreligious upbringing or to have religion introduced to your child on an understandable level for them, they leave it up to you to make that choice. They have a before school luncheon program that also allows the kids to learn to eat together and learn to be socially respectable in similar situations. The children learn a lot from numbers, letters, and the basics of addition and learning to read. The pre-k program truly prepares them for Kindergarten. I highly recommend New Goshenhoppen Nusery School!
