We've told them, they don't do anything. They tell you to call the courtesy officer and he's never available and when he is available nothing gets done. Where carpet to vinyl flooring transitions the carpet was so torn and shredded there was nails exposed and it took them months to fix it and they tried and didn't fix it and then they had to replace the entire living room carpet and it doesn't even match the bedrooms. The apartment was not clean at all, food residue all over cabinets and back splash etc. Child proofing locks leftover from previous tenant and hanging stuff screwed into cabinets to where we can't even baby proof our own cabinets and they won't fix it. The cabinets didn't get painted before we moved in so there's chips all over them and stains. The bathtub drains are loose and their excuse was "they look better than most of the apartments" One isn't even attached we have to set it in every time and they won't fix it. Toilet seats are loose, they tightened it, came loose again. Carpets were not cleaned before moving in, I ran my shampooer and water was BLACK. Neighbors getting into domestic disputes, call the cops, nothing gets done, apartment does nothing about it. So if you want to hear people kill themselves by shooting them self in the head on their balcony, smell weed all the time, and deal with other people's mess then maybe move here. Oh there was also stains all over the carpets and furniture imprints and dead bugs everywhere. Our balcony is so infested with spiders we can't even sit on it and they won't come for pest control i've called twice and made a maintenance request and still no one has came. We also had a bee hive in the walls for months and they didn't fix it until they found out someone was allergic to bees ( scared of a lawsuit if someone dies clearly) don't care about quality of living at all. My AC has cut on and off more than it needs to well come time to replace thermostat that wasn't even only problem my whole unit was needed to be replaced . I'm a mom of 2 my youngest being 15 months and the day my air went out was on Tuesday or Wednesday they couldn't come till the following week to replace entire unit so they left me with 3 window air units which did not cool off anything but bedrooms and there was a heat advisory . Now if anyone knows what MS is then they'd know heat and MS don't mix, nor does it help having a humid apartment with children and with the heat the way it was. Then to put back in same old thermostat! I got rude with office and others due to the lack of carelessness they show here. It's just a paycheck and they don't care about the people. This has only stressed me more and my MS is in remission. So living there only caused more health issues. Not to mention they don't mention on website to use game room and gym you need to purchase a key fob because that shouldn't be included in the amount of rent . As well as you HAVE to keep renters insurance and if you don't pay that you CANT pay rent. They'll lure you in with move in specials only to show why they have to do those. These apartments weren't worth my mental and physical health. The times they come to your door don't care to let you know ahead even by minutes so my 15 mth old nap time don't matter . Everything is just when convenient for them that's it. I have spent money I need to put towards rent on the AC Issue but waiving late fee on rent is what they thinks solve the problem . It didn't. There were other apts with better amenities for the price you pay . There's 39 buildings here 12 doors to each and one pool to make it better. Moving in I had to reclean my apartment as well if everything else ain't enough. But got ignored to the cleaning position. Don't move here especially if you have kids. I've never dealt with this much stress trying to have a home .

From the start, things felt off. I initially spoke with an employee named Andy, who assured me that the lease was set up for my needs, including accommodations for my dog. However, when the lease arrived, there was no mention of my pet. After weeks of back-and-forth and unclear communication--at one point Andy had been replaced, and I was dealing with someone new--I discovered that the property wasn't even in the Williamson County school district as implied, but in Maury County. This alone raised serious concerns about their transparency and management. In the meantime, my company's needs changed, and I had to adjust my move-in date. I contacted Mrs. McDonald directly to explain the situation and request my deposit back, especially considering that I hadn't even moved in. After multiple messages and delays, I was told that I wouldn't be receiving a refund. Mrs. McDonald went as far as to reference listening to recorded conversations to confirm what her former employee "didn't" say--completely ignoring the fact that my work-related situation had shifted, making the 12/5 date unfeasible. As a business owner with several colleagues and families relocating to the area, I would have appreciated a more business-savvy approach. Instead, I was left out $500 for a deposit, plus over $200 in application fees, with no acknowledgment of the larger opportunity for business collaboration. Brookside Properties, a company specializing in both residential and commercial real estate, could have leveraged our ongoing relocation plans, which will involve more than 10 families and significant commercial space needs. Unfortunately, they chose to prioritize a small deposit over potential business worth six figures annually. In short, I cannot recommend doing business with a management team that prioritizes short-term gains over long-term relationships.
