If you aren't honest, they can read your pulse. So, you might as well open up about the specifics to optimize your session and help the practices understand any additional needle placements. Prepare for long term Acupuncture. It simply isn't a one-off Healing session. Sure, some folks can come less. But lets be honest, in our modern world, who isn't bursting at the seams on a personal and global level. Choosing Meridian shortly after they opened almost 15 years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made. With my chronic dis-ease, auto-immune, paralysis... I would not be alive if it weren't for Acupuncture at Meridian. And I've been to many Acupuncturists but the needling at Meridian is different. They know additional techniques that are safer for people with my conditions (think Japanese needling - not as deep of a needle). So, stop thinking, call Meridian, and do the dang thing!
