We had several problems…read morein a home that had other electricians working on the wiring prior to our purchase and really had a quagmire of problems. Cory Roach is a 6' plus man that worked hours in our 3' crawlspace and after tracing all wires found: - an overloaded Junction box and had to add another to properly accomodate the load - wiring that wasn't functional so he replaced - an air leak in the foundation that we heated with a 5 kW heater and corrected the air infiltration In the house: - he confirmed our two 8' baseboard heaters in the livingroom worked but were not connected to our electric panel - the front bedroom baseboard unit was not working which was corrected when the 2nd junction box was added - 3 outlets in the screened in porch weren't working ever, from the new construction 3 years ago and we replaced with outdoor outlets that had a cover to protect from the outside elements - our front porch light never worked so he rewired it so we could set it to a timer. His dedication to the job was astonishing, even if it meant he had to come back 2 additional times, but still honored his original quote. My husband, as a business owner, knew the time invested suggested a nice tip to his original quote. He installed a new thermostat, and everything that we ignored over 14 years is now working perfectly. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Corey Roach, his electrical knowledge in troubleshooting and his dedication to the best service to provide to his customers. The 5-star review clearly states that I would highly recommend him to all needing an electrician.

I had no idea who to call, I had no idea about how I was going to find someone to bring my home up to code! All I knew was that I failed an inspection and needed to get my electrical panels, meters and service up to code ASAP! Well let me tell you Tony was a Godsend. Our first conversation was easy, comfortable and I immediately felt that I called the right guy! We met at the property he looked over everything, gave me a estimate that didn't break my check book and came in 48 hours to do what I thought was a very difficult job. Not for Tony he tackled everything! He stuck to his estimate and went above and beyond for me! I am already hiring him again to put a whole new service in our new garage! I had asked if he would have to come back and he said I will make sure this is taken care of and you have water today. Kevin was very pleasant and personable. I also explained that I worked and see clients in my office and would have to block off time for the cleaning process. She indicated that if a deep cleaning is required, it will take approximately 4 hours, and their service tech would be able to determine arrival. I blocked off my calendar accordingly. When the tech arrived, he stated he was here to clean the HVAC, which would be about 2 hours. I asked about what if you need to do a deep cleaning for mold. He said that a deep cleaning would need to be scheduled separately as he was told this was only a standard cleaning and would not have time to perform a deep cleaning. I was confused and explained that the woman stated he would do deep if I needed to. He said that if a deep cleaning were required, it would need to be scheduled. I asked if there was an additional fee for them to come back, and he stated yes but was unaware of the charge. When I received my invoice, the labor breakdown charge for 135.00 and a separate charge for 20.00 plus tax for coil cleaner for 156.20, I contacted the office to pay but questioned why I was being charged for the coil cleaner that should be included in the service. The agent said that it was not. If I paid 20.00 for the cleaner, why do I not have the contents of the remaining cleaner? She scoffed at me. I also explained that coil cleaner at Home Depot is less expensive. She said I am sure it is, but we use our product, and this is a business, and as a business, there is a markup. I told her that she would lose my patronage based on her attitude and disregard for customers. She said, look, if we are going to lose you over 20.00, I don't know what to say--are you going to pay your bill with a credit card or not. I told her that she would not lose me over 20.00 but what appears to be a questionable charge and poor customer service. The woman was rude and not concerned other than collecting payment. I told her to send the invoice to collections, at which point she hung up the phone. I later called back to speak to an owner or manager to discuss my experience and to pay with my credit card---I was sent to voice mail. I left a message requesting that a supervisor or owner contact me. Certainly not impressed. It is hard to believe they have been in business for over 13 years if customers are treated poorly for inquiring.
