Actually, it seems to be one of the more popular places in Casino, but then again there were a couple of others that were also pretty packed. However, it was the atmosphere that I liked about this place, and the beer garden as well, which honestly, was actually pretty awesome. Great place for a beer.

Well, this one was much, much quieter than the previous motel that I had stayed at, which is a…read morepretty good thing because it meant that I actually got a decent nights sleep. Then again, it does happen to be in Casino, and Casino is hardly a bustling metropolis on a main highway, so I guess you aren't going to get as many trucks roaring through at all hours of the morning, even though this motel does happen to be on the main road. The location is pretty good as well, being close to the town centre, and also across the road from a nice park that happens to be beside the river. Well, it is a bit of a hike to the railway station though, but then again the station is hardly close to the town centre.

When it comes to small country towns, like Casino, I probably shouldn't have all that much of a…read morehigh expectation when it comes to pubs. However, as it turns out, this still wasn't a particularly good pub. I guess that it really didn't have all that much charm about it, though I won't make any comment on the beer selection because that is probably pushing it a bit too much. No, I really wasn't a fan.
