But I wanted to write a review from a recent visit I had, which was this past Monday. My daughter was needing scrubs for her health science class at school. When I walked in, I was greeted by someone. I walked around for about 15 min and then finally someone came to help me out. She was very nice older African American woman. A few min later , a Caucasian woman walks in and another staff member immediately greets her and asked her what she needed help with. I didn't let it bother me at first, but then an older gentleman (Caucasian) walked in and was immediately asked what he was looking for. And they were really friendly with them. Even when the older lady wasn't with me, no one else asked me if I needed assistance. What annoyed me was that I was holding 6 pieces of clothing and no one asked to put it up front for me either. I would have given this place 3 stars, but the older woman helped me out and actually talked to me . Asked me questions about what school my daughter went and so on. She even offered me a discount since I worked in the medical field. The scrubs were really nice and my daughter loved them. The prices weren't bad at all. The store had a good variety of brands and sizes. I just wish they were a little more welcoming to customers like myself. Even when I asked if any of the scrubs I got were on sale and the older lady asked a young guy who worked there. He sounded like it was a stupid question to ask. He was like. "Ah, no they are never on sale". And he just walked away. I would probably return to shop at this store, I just hope they improve their customer service.

Not well lit and too many of the same scrub colors - black, blue, gray, green, and some light colors. The only thing they had that I liked was a whole section of marked down Christmas print scrub tops. Anyways I wasn't greeted by the two employees that were working. There was a family of three in there shopping that they were talking with them. As I approached one of the employees, she actually walked the other way. I felt like I was being avoided. I walked out of there without buying anything because I feel like I shouldn't support a place that didn't want to help a customer.

I expressed to the sales associate that I was very worried about my feet swelling and the shoes not fitting after standing for hours. I asked about returning them if they end up not fitting, she said if I try wearing them for a few hours and they don't fit that I could bring them back with the reciept. Well today I went in to return them and I was treated like a criminal. I was turned away... this experience was emotionally draining and I do not recommend this retailer for anyone. -Edit: I also asked if I could exchange them for a larger size.
