She was not only professional in her training and knowledge, but during the training she kept checking to see if I was physically okay. The room is spacious with good mirror placement. Great lighting and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Benton Park studio is small, but very pretty. The mirrors are gorgeous but they are a bunch of actual house mirrors put together as opposed to a fitness studio full length mirror so it's a little more difficult to see your reflection. Great lighting though. Classes are casual but informative. Good attention paid to students of varying levels. I prefer a slightly more formal structure, but it's friendly. I hope they can open a larger studio closer to the city!
