The instructors are knowledgeable, approachable, and make the material easy to follow, even for people who might be nervous about CPR. Because of my past positive experience here, I have sent several of my coworkers to this location, and they have all had great things to say as well. She was not only professional in her training and knowledge, but during the training she kept checking to see if I was physically okay. She took the time to discuss with me ways that as I heal I would adjust my technique. I would recommend schools, youth groups, churches, synagogues, mosques, community centers, parks and recreation, youth sports teams, etc all get in touch with Jai-Jai and arrange for a class for your professional and volunteer staff.
