This is a great place for a full service haircut with straight razor to the neck. I have been several times. Whitney and Christina are awesome. I met the owner once, he seems nice. I would recommend the hot towel treatment while your hair is being washed. I see complaints on here about scheduling. I know this is not a Fantastic Sams or Great Clips. If you expect to walk in and get a haircut, good luck. Call first or book online. Stylist that do awesome jobs have repeat clients that make appointments ahead of time. If you try for a walk in and get turned away, don't be disappointed. If you get in, then bonus. As long as Whitney and Christina are here, I will always come back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!! I had an appointment at 7:00, didn't get in the chair til 7:15. It was soooo obvious the stylist had NO cutting experience. She didn't listen to any of the instructions I gave her....ended up butchering the sides and back. I was so pissed I got up out of the chair, told her it was the worst fu*king haircut I've ever had and walked out. Moved to Parker last summer and tried 4 other shops before finding my new barber. I kept my previous barber for 6 years and was worried I wouldn't find anyone as good until I got a cut from Kayla. I highly recommend her! Been coming back every 3 weeks and couldn't be happier my search is over. Usually have a good experience, but the gal nicked my son's neck and acted like it was no big deal. When I got home and took a closer look it was a good nick plus lots of other little ones. My son is 4 and said "she didn't even say sorry". He is a tough kid so he didn't cry but still I was ticked. He wasn't squirming either until she nicked him good right at the end. This is my go to spot for hair cuts. Their prices are good, and while I generally like to see the same stylist, I have not had a bad cut here. They have free beverages while you wait and I enjoy the neck rub after massage shampoo. They did recently change their name from Knockouts but the stylists are the same. read more

Stopped by this location for a quick trim. I didn't have an appointment and they worked me in after a 10 min wait. The decor is wanting a bit but seemed very clean in the shop. Very happy with my haircut and neck shave. Nice hot towel on the face during the hair wash after my trim. Super relaxing! I will definitely be back. read more

Tried this place a few weeks ago and was satisfied enough to want to go back. Went on-line Monday (7/8/19) and booked an appointment for today (7/12/19) for 11:00am. Just got a call at 9:30 telling me that the appointment would need to be changed as the girl I had booked with was not coming in today. Tried calling back but kept getting a recording that they were either with a client or on the phone. The only options were to call back or go to their on-line site. Unfortunately, my experience seems to be the same as others have shared. I've been getting my haircut for over 50 years now and do not recall one time, before this, that an appointment has been cancelled. Not sure how this place could be so understaffed that they cannot deal with someone not coming in. I will not be going back! read more

I called to make a reservation with Ashley after reading some of the reviews online. Arrived on time but she was still in the middle of the haircut way into my "appointment time" so much for even making one. Then it was my turn to get a cut. I explained that I wanted a fade and without much discussion, she just started to butcher my hair. I wanted a medium fade while she took the clipper all the way to the top of my head. WTF? Her hands and her breath smelled like cigarettes which made it disgusting to be in her chair. Wash your hands and get some gum you supposed to be a professional. During the haircut, she was bashing the owner of the shop and how they are underpaid and overworked. Then she straight up asked for my number for her personal client book since she is willing in one month. I have never experienced anything like that. Bad haircut, cigarette odor, gossipping about the owner, and then to ask for my number. I don't know about the other stylists there but do not go to Ashley. read more

Used to be Knockouts and now under new management, etc... Used to be pretty good, but the new stylists need to learn customer service and attention to detail. On a side note, one of the previous stylists spun you so much so quickly in the chair, you got motion sick and don't have the ability to watch over their work in the mirror or ability to watch the TV's they have at each station. The "heavyweight", or what Command Cuts calls "Command Cut", costs $28 and (usually; more on that next) includes 2 shampoos the last of which is a scalp massage with a hot towel. The next step down, which excludes the 2nd shampoo and scalp massage, is $22. Since first learning of this heaven called scalp massage, I'd been going back to this place. However, these newer stylists are either so vapid they don't remember one moment to the next or they are intentionally being crooks. Three different times, with different new stylists I've signed up on-line for an appointment during which time you SPECIFY the type of service you are wanting. Each time the stylist skips right over the pre-wash, cuts most of my hair, then does a simple brief shampoo, cuts a bit more, and then shaves my neck. Then they try charging the whole $28. Um, nope on a rope. I've started going elsewhere and you should too. read more

Been going to the same barber here for quite a while and prebooked my last appointment for 6 weeks out. I called to see if I could move my upcoming appointment in a few days up a day or two only to find out from the rude woman on the phone my barber left almost 2 weeks ago. She rudely insisted that they called all her appointment's and I told her I've received no such call. My appointment was still left on the barber's schedule and she proceeds to tell me that time slot is all booked up and they can get me in on another day. I booked that appointment 6 weeks ago so I should have been given priority and I never received a call. The rude woman on the phone proceeded to rudely say "well we called all her appointment's!" Clearly not as I have no such call or voicemail from them anywhere on my cell. Luckily I called ahead as I guess I would've just showed up for my appointment booked 6 weeks ago for the week of Thanksgiving and been turned away when I showed up. Needless to say they have permanently lost a customer of a few years now. read more

I've been a regular at this place for over a couple years and always and always get a awesome cut here from Whitney. I called in for a 12:30 apt but she was off for the day. I still made an appointment for who was available at 12:30. Unfortunately the stylist I ended up with was piss poor. I get a call a little after 12 p.m. and she asked me if I could come in "right now". I told her I'd be there as soon as I could. I arrive at 12:20 and she is M.I.A. the lady at the front went for a search and found her in the back taking a smoke break. After she called my name, I sat down at her booth specifically requested a low fade with a 1 to 1 1/2 on the sides and a 5 on top. She clearly didn't listen to my instructions as I ended up with what looks like a shitty high and tight with absolutely no fade. I used my own clippers when I got home to fix the botched mess she had made and now it looks like I started boot camp all over again lol! I'm not the type to usually complain but I have been a loyal customer to this place and expect better service. From the smell of her cigarette breath breathing on me to the horrible haircut I received I won't be returning unless my usual stylist (Whitney) is there. read more
