The office is clean, friendly and presents a very positive image. I have worked for other temp agencies in the past, such as Staffmark and Randstad where the office was chaotic, impersonal and even rude, and I felt like I was just a number. However, I knew I needed something more to improve my skills. The in person classes taught me how to create lesson plans that were interesting and engaging. Word games, pictures, and roleplaying, in addition to structure, made learning a joy for students and teacher. Also, being certified as an ESL teacher opened the door for employment to nonprofits including TLC. I'm grateful for the numerous students from all over the globe they have brought to me.
