I went in to Rainman's on December 20th and they had a few 2WD left, however one was pink. It was tempting, but I was sure a fight would ensue on who got the pink one. The owner told me he expected some more to be delivered the next couple of days. I was under the gun so I bought one on-line and was hoping I'd get lucky. I did secure a second truck on-line, but now I wanted one for myself as well. Long story short, I ended up with 4 trucks and my wife didn't want one. Anyway, I went back to the shop and explained the situation. I didn't want to return one of the trucks to this shop, I could of easily sent back the one that came from Amazon. However, I was certain they could sell it faster and another customer would be able to enjoy it for Christmas. The Rain-man's staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and they have a large inventory of parts. We had a mishap at home and we needed a stub axel carrier. I took the boys to the track to get the part and I almost had to drag them out of there. They were absolutely mesmerized by the race track and can't wait to bring their trucks there. We went home with the part and my son thought it was almost as much fun fixing the truck as racing it....almost. Thank you Rain-Man's Hobby & Raceway, this is going to be a great hobby my sons and I will enjoy for a very long time! We are already starting building a track in our yard!

The guys behind the counter aren't your run of mill sales reps who want the sale. They actually lift and lift very well. Their bios tell you alot, their frames do to. Bakersfield pretty much has GNC and two other supplement shops to choose from and they have much to be desired in either customer service or prices. That being said, here's what I thought about this place. Customer Service: Since AM is only a month old, the owner was the one that assisted me. I came in looking for a pre-workout and he asked what I was looking for in a pre-workout and we went from there. He was very knowledgable and guided me to something that I'd like. Selection: AM carries Ronnie Coleman's Signature Series and Jay Cutler's Nutrition line of products, which aren't too bad. The selection of other products wasn't bad, but the owner said they had more stuff on order. Price: The prices on most items were cheaper than other supplement shops in town; so if you want your supplements right there and then, it beats ordering them online. I left a satisfied customer and it's safe to say that I'll be back.

I was looking for someone to build a custom computer. I am now about 9 custom computers into the future and my Attorney son and his partner have probably purchased 15 through the years. Eric builds both custom laptops and towers. In life all things are not equal, in that Eric not only builds and repairs computers, but he is the most knowledgeable Tech Support Guy concerning Windows and those issues that drive you crazy. Eric is the guy that his competitors call when they can't solve a complex problem. When Eric builds a computer for you he offers lifetime support. If he is at his workbench at 7:00 p.m. he will answer your call and help you solve your problem. Just imagine how many times I have called him after hours over the last 20 years. Sometimes it gets to the point I feel so guilty I have to send Eric and his wife out to a great dinner, although I doubt the scales will ever be equal. Eric is the Greatest! Thanks Eric! Larry "O"
