Not bad, clean, courteous staff, decent breakfast, worth the four stars. Parking a bit tight. Restaurants and Walmart very close.

As we entered we were enthusiastically greeted by the hostess and the cleaning lady. We were a little early and they had a room ready for us. It was perfect. The lobby is very modern and clean, and the staff was very outgoing and friendly. The rooms were spacious, and linens were extremely clean. Really the best way to describe everything here is extremely new and clean. The usual things to expect like the ice machine on each floor were all in perfect working order. Outside they have a pool, which isn't huge but is big enough to have a swim and relax. The pool is also handicap accessible, and there's a changing room outside as well. In the parking lot there's plenty of parking, and the hotel shares a lot with KFC and Burger King if you need a quick meal. The lobby really stood out, this location offers a full breakfast with hot food in the mornings and Gerri, one of the staff members treats the lobby and kitchen like you're visiting her house. She was really nice and very helpful with anything you need. Further amenities include a work station, meeting room and believe it or not, a gym with free weights and cardio machines. Overall I'm extremely pleased with my stay and next time Kat and I come up for a concert or other event, we will be staying here.

There was also a foreign substance in the bedding that appeared to be tobacco. Housekeeping didn't come until after 5 PM, and the bathroom had nowhere to hang towels so they sat on the floor and began to smell. When we placed the smelly towels outside the room because of the odor, staff came to reprimand us instead of addressing the issue. Cleanliness issues like this raise serious sanitation concerns and fall well below what guests should expect from a Quality Inn property. I hope management addresses this immediately.

The motel is close to the interstate with exterior entrances, so if you're on the side near the interstate, you will hear noise. Our room was small, but the king sized bed was comfortable. We didn't find any bedbugs, hair, or any other questionable items- and we looked under the fitted sheets and mattress cover just in case. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bathroom also had a tub, which is rare these days (and from what I've read, typically one of the dirtiest parts of a hotel room). We didn't use the tub. The wifi was free and worked fine for one night and general browsing on our phones. The refrigerator kept our sodas/juice cold for the next morning, and we didn't use the microwave or coffee maker, although the room does have them. Our stay wasn't bad, but Quality Inn has weird policies. First, our room required a $50 deposit. The room itself was under $80 on a Tuesday night and we booked with a credit card, so the deposit seemed odd. The manager explained that it is to cover folks who smoke in non-smoking rooms, and they inspected our room before we checked out and refunded our money. The continental breakfast area had a sign saying that all breakfast must be eaten in that room, which I've never seen before. However, we grabbed a bite to go after checking out and turning in our key, and the management seemed okay with that. Maybe people take it back to the room and leave it messy? Quality Inn is no frills, and if we were in the area longer, we would have splurged for something nicer. All we did in the room was sleep, so the small size didn't bother us. It was close to the concert venue, and several fast food options are nearby (Wendy's, Taco Bell) as well as Waffle House. If you're a well-behaved grownup, this motel is A-OK for a night.

The lobby sets the tone for what to expect -- there's so much to take in. From original artwork (including striking curated pieces) to unique jewelry available for purchase, every corner has something interesting to discover from inside and out. The evening piano by the fireplace was such a classy and relaxing touch. The library was fantastic -- I could have sat there reading all night. I also loved the rocking chairs outside, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the atmosphere. There's art thoughtfully placed in every nook and corner, which makes the entire property feel curated and special. My room was fantastic and spotless. As a coffee lover, having my own Nespresso cappuccino machine was a highlight. Complimentary in-room amenities were generous, and the steamer was incredibly convenient -- I was able to steam my jacket before a business event with ease. The staff was amazing, and I appreciated the evening turndown service that prepared the room for a restful night. I would absolutely come back and only wish I could have stayed longer. Cheers!

I had never visited Greenville before,…read moreand had no idea it was such a foodie town, and no idea that this hotel was the local's "go to" place to take their friends and family. Our room was nice, we overlooked the Falls just slightly askew. No issues with our room our housekeeping at all, very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is fabulous, so much so, it was very difficult to get reservations! I did no think Greenville would need reservations for our getaway, and I was wrong. I also have never before in life needed reservations for breakfast. Not Sunday brunch, breakfast. We chose this hotel because we had seen the Christmas Market they hold promoted, and it was cute, but very small. The problems we had were because this property is SO popular, you could not easily get reservations, we were never able to enjoy a cocktail in the lobby around the huge hearth, and the fabulous outdoor bar with firepits and cozy seating we were never able to visit, either. It was too crowded, and I'll bet money those folks in the lobby and around the bar firepit were not necessarily guests there... and that's frustrating. We enjoyed our visit, and we'll likely go back, just not the weekend prior to Christmas, for sure.

A five-star Courtyard by Marriott exists and it's in Greenville, SC…read more We do a fair amount of road trips to see family around the holidays and Courtyards are my #1 choice for a typically quick, safe and clean stay along the way, far better than most roadstop hotels in the same price range (I will never stay at a Super 8 or Motel 6 again if I can help it). Not all Courtyards are created equal and I've had some not so great experiences (Montgomery, AL) but the vast majority are satisfactory given the usual price in the 100-150 dollar range (which I guess goes up depending on demand). But this Courtyard in Greenville now stands out as exceptional. Check-in was quick and friendly (and yes, there was someone at reception. That's not always the case at Courtyards, especially after 10pm). Our room was spotless and the temperature, just right. It was unseasonably warm out so we had a little AC going to keep it cool when sleeping. Bed and linens were comfortable, affording a great night's sleep and our room was quiet. The hallways did not smell of weed either (flashback again to Montgomery). Although I didn't use the gym, I went in to refill my water bottle and it looked like a decent space to get in a good workout. I also saw an outdoor pool. The lobby area is large and was decorated with big Christmas trees. It seemed like a decent place to spend time if you want to get out of the room for a bit when on a work trip or something. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and I'm already planning on it for Xmas 2026.

We were there on a Saturday night and people were everywhere. But once we stepped into the lobby there was a lovely piano bar . This hotel has a calm, refined feel to it. The bellman met us at the door, took our bags upstairs and even walked around to show us where to park. The only downside for me was that our room was just a little bit elevated from the street so we could hear a lot of the Saturday night fun that was going on. If you would prefer not to hear the street sounds you may want to request a room on a higher floor.

The…read moreroom she gave me was nice, everything was functional, but the bathroom was poorly designed and the whole room in from the previous "generation" of hotel room, so an update is needed.. hopefully in the next couple of years. The property was very impressively decorated for Christmas!! I loved how the large, two story Christmas Tree was in the main lobby and extended to the mezzanine level and they decorated it so very nicely! I also noticed the garland inside and wreaths outside. The whole property was nicely kept up to shape as well, so regardless of seasonal décor, I'm sure it's a beautiful place any time of year! This property has a restaurant onsite, Spoon Bread is what it's called. They also have the Piano Lounge. The Piano Lounge has a bar, which is a nice (and clearly popular) place to hang out and meet prior to leaving the property for dinner. Also a nice place to gather for that after dinner night cap with co-workers. Sleep quality was decent. HVAC in the room was nice and quiet... the worst part of the room was the bathroom, which I hated because you can't open the door and use the shower, because the door opens into the tub. They need to replace the door with barn style or pocket doors, like other properties have. Only other issue was the valet. I tipped a dollar on one drop off one day and the valet gave it back. I've never had that happen before. So, a dollar isn't enough and you prefer nothing at all? Noted! Overall, the stay was nice, but next time I'm in town, I'll try the AC across the street - It's looked way more festive outside and it's worth a try.
