The room was clean enough. There was a spot on the desk in the room that had a dirty spot on it. We wanted to use the sofa bed but there were no sheets, pillows or other items to use the bed. It was late and we were tired so we did not want to have to go back downstairs to get these items. In the bathroom there was no lotion and the shower was out of body wash. I normally don pack those items for a one night stay. Because they used to have it available regularly. In the fitness center there was no water available and they had Lysol wipes instead of the normal wipes. I don't like using Lysol wipes when I am working out because they have too much saturation of chemicals and it gets all over me and my equipment. The last gripe is about the continental breakfast. The only yogurts were dannon yogurts. The oatmeal was Quaker Oats packets and the water was not hot enough to cook this. The milk for cereal was room temp. The eggs smelled so bad my daughter threw up. They were chopped up to tiny pieces. The chicken sausage was cold to the touch right out of the chafing pan. The breakfasts have really become an afterthought. They were out of coffee in the lobby. Overall not happy. I haven't given up on Hilton but the Hampton Inns are getting bad. I will give the other Hiltons may keep me coming back. I am really let down. They used to pay more attention to the details and seemed to care about the tenets.

Minimal traffic to get in and out of the hotel. The Bad: The breakfast. Day one offered biscuits and gravy. However, the gravy was cold. Day two offered biscuits and an empty gravy container among other empty breakfast items. I shudder to think what Day three has to offer. This is a classic "I got what I paid for" since I chose the least expensive Marriott hotel in the area. I was informed by staff that the hotel is scheduled for a remodel which makes me happy my stay is before the disaster. My one requirement for a hotel stay is that I enter my room from the inside which this place checked that box. Outside of that, I've definitely experienced better in Greenville County.

Alexis, who was responsible for our room was immaculate and clearly detail-oriented, as she didn't miss a thing. The breakfast staff smiles lit up the room, so friendly and warm! The rooms are all studio suites with a full kitchen sans an actual stove but you can microwave anything nowadays, there are restaurants everywhere here, and full breakfast is included. The sheets are clean and soft and the pillows are lush. This was the perfect stop before returning home for a perfect night's sleep. But the standout is definitely the people that work here, everyone is just so friendly you don't want to leave.

The breakfast was nice, coffee bar needs to be moved to an area with more elbow room. It only allows one person to get coffee at a time. Workout room was nice, & the outdoor pool was clean. The pool area also has a couple of nice grills to have a cookout with some seating. 2 EV charging spaces in the back. Would definitely stay again.

The lobby is very modern and clean, and the staff was very outgoing and friendly. The rooms were spacious, and linens were extremely clean. Really the best way to describe everything here is extremely new and clean. The usual things to expect like the ice machine on each floor were all in perfect working order. Outside they have a pool, which isn't huge but is big enough to have a swim and relax. The pool is also handicap accessible, and there's a changing room outside as well. In the parking lot there's plenty of parking, and the hotel shares a lot with KFC and Burger King if you need a quick meal. The lobby really stood out, this location offers a full breakfast with hot food in the mornings and Gerri, one of the staff members treats the lobby and kitchen like you're visiting her house. She was really nice and very helpful with anything you need. Further amenities include a work station, meeting room and believe it or not, a gym with free weights and cardio machines. Overall I'm extremely pleased with my stay and next time Kat and I come up for a concert or other event, we will be staying here.

The staff was VERY nice and frankly mad a mediocre stay better. I felt safe. It is off the interstate toward and convenient as you travel to HHI. While this may be a company policy to only visit after so many days, I think it's poor customer service. I will not change my opinion on this no matter the hotel. I'm paying to stay and I expect fresh towels and at least more TP at the minimum. Quiet, convenient and the workout room was private, clean and the Peloton was in good working order. The room was clean and spacious. Having an in room microwave was very helpful as well as the mini fridge. Breakfast was typical fare but unlike most places, was the same thing every morning. Good for a day or two but any longer and you'll want to explore off site to get some variety. There's a Waffle House across the street. Free EV charging available although later in my stay those spots were occupied by non EVs. Not the hotel's fault but can render this feature useless. Tesla chargers nearby though if needed. The highlight of my stay was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating especially Gyasi. He has a magnetic personality and really enjoys his interactions with guests and making sure their stay is pleasant is his top priority. He even noted when I pulled into an EV spot and met me with the card to start charging without me asking. "I saw you pull in and wanted to help you enjoy your night." I'd stay here again based on Gyasi alone. Highly recommended - would stay again. We got the Pride & Joy Couples Package, which included the breakfast buffet for two (normally $16.50 per person, and Bonvoy Elite members do not get free breakfast), a bottle of champagne upon request, two cocktails at Paloma, valet parking (normally $28/night), and 2 p.m. late checkout. I now see a Romance Getaway package that looks similar but without the valet parking and late checkout. I recommend taking a screenshot of exactly what your package includes when you book. That way you can ask to have your bottle of champagne delivered and make sure you receive the vouchers for the free breakfasts and drinks. The valet parking was very convenient. I received a text that allowed me to request our car before we went downstairs. The breakfast buffet was really nice, European style (cold cuts with cheese), fresh fruit and berries, Chobani yogurt, pastries, eggs, spinach quiche, breakfast meats, and two made-to-order options for eggs or a waffle with strawberries and blueberries. You pour your own coffee, which is also available free even if you aren't eating at the restaurant. There is also a Nespresso Vertuo with the large pods and a milk frother. Service varied depending on who was working. Since you get your own coffee and food, there isn't much table service, and if you use the breakfast vouchers, you simply hand over the voucher and don't need to sign a receipt. Bring some cash if you want to leave a tip. On each floor is a Hydration Station with glass carafes you can fill with filtered water. At the AC Asheville, you had to ask Guest Services for a carafe, which I never did, so it was a nice convenience to have the carafes already there. Our room was a good size, with a couch and floor-to-ceiling windows. We had a good view overlooking the bar and restaurant square below. Important note: the sheer blinds really are sheer. Even when they are pulled across the windows, you can see into the room, so close the room-darkening curtains for privacy. There is also no nightlight, so you may want to bring your own for late-night bathroom trips. There is a coffee maker with a pullout tray and rectangular coffee packets. I thought the coffee tasted good, although perhaps it didn't have the full caffeine power I am used to. There was also a mini-fridge with two small bottles of water and glasses to use for the filtered water, plus electrical outlets and USB-A ports by the bed. There was a nice, little gym. We really enjoyed the hotel for its quiet rooms, convenient location, and easy access to downtown Greenville and Falls Park. The Pride & Joy package also made our stay a particularly good value, especially with the breakfast, drinks and valet parking included.

We initially assumed it had been provided for additional comfort. However, after returning from dinner, we found the room at 78 degrees, even though we had set the unit to 68. When we contacted the front desk, we learned that the room's air-conditioning system was not working. The woman at the front desk was very kind and understanding, and our frustration is not directed toward her. Rather, we are extremely disappointed that the hotel assigned us a room without functioning air conditioning and did not disclose this before we checked in. Had we been informed, we would not have accepted the room--particularly on a hot summer day in the South. We understand that mechanical problems occur, and we have no objection to paying a fair price for a quality hotel room. What is unacceptable is placing guests in a room with a known problem without notifying them beforehand. Providing a portable unit without explanation made the situation feel concealed rather than honestly addressed. As a Bonvoy member, I expected greater transparency and better treatment. If you are planning to stay at the Greenville property, make sure everything in your room--especially the air conditioning--is working properly before you settle in. This was not cool at all, literally or figuratively.
