Great place to stay while traveling. Nice roomy spaces, through your the hotel and in your room. Well priced rooms but no breakfast is included. Outdoor heated pool. Workout room is nice with a good amount of equipment. Comfortable beds and a nice clean room

The hotel is nice and newer. I like that the location is near shopping areas and hotels, but off of the Main Street and high traffic area. The bathroom setup was basic and custom service was underwhelming. They weren't rude, but didn't feel the hospitality that I'm accustomed to at Marriott.

I love this beautiful old hotel. The room was large and very comfortable. There were two large…read morewindows to people watch . The beds were amazingly comfortable . We were there on a Saturday night and people were everywhere. But once we stepped into the lobby there was a lovely piano bar . This hotel has a calm, refined feel to it. The bellman met us at the door, took our bags upstairs and even walked around to show us where to park. The only downside for me was that our room was just a little bit elevated from the street so we could hear a lot of the Saturday night fun that was going on. If you would prefer not to hear the street sounds you may want to request a room on a higher floor.

I stayed here recently for work in the area. Checking in went well, the lady was helpful. The…read moreroom she gave me was nice, everything was functional, but the bathroom was poorly designed and the whole room in from the previous "generation" of hotel room, so an update is needed.. hopefully in the next couple of years. The property was very impressively decorated for Christmas!! I loved how the large, two story Christmas Tree was in the main lobby and extended to the mezzanine level and they decorated it so very nicely! I also noticed the garland inside and wreaths outside. The whole property was nicely kept up to shape as well, so regardless of seasonal décor, I'm sure it's a beautiful place any time of year! This property has a restaurant onsite, Spoon Bread is what it's called. They also have the Piano Lounge. The Piano Lounge has a bar, which is a nice (and clearly popular) place to hang out and meet prior to leaving the property for dinner. Also a nice place to gather for that after dinner night cap with co-workers. Sleep quality was decent. HVAC in the room was nice and quiet... the worst part of the room was the bathroom, which I hated because you can't open the door and use the shower, because the door opens into the tub. They need to replace the door with barn style or pocket doors, like other properties have. Only other issue was the valet. I tipped a dollar on one drop off one day and the valet gave it back. I've never had that happen before. So, a dollar isn't enough and you prefer nothing at all? Noted! Overall, the stay was nice, but next time I'm in town, I'll try the AC across the street - It's looked way more festive outside and it's worth a try.

The lobby sets the tone for what to expect -- there's so much to take in. From original artwork (including striking curated pieces) to unique jewelry available for purchase, every corner has something interesting to discover from inside and out. The evening piano by the fireplace was such a classy and relaxing touch. The library was fantastic -- I could have sat there reading all night. I also loved the rocking chairs outside, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the atmosphere. There's art thoughtfully placed in every nook and corner, which makes the entire property feel curated and special. My room was fantastic and spotless. As a coffee lover, having my own Nespresso cappuccino machine was a highlight. Complimentary in-room amenities were generous, and the steamer was incredibly convenient -- I was able to steam my jacket before a business event with ease. The staff was amazing, and I appreciated the evening turndown service that prepared the room for a restful night. I would absolutely come back and only wish I could have stayed longer. Cheers!

Lovely hotel, truly. I had never visited Greenville before,…read moreand had no idea it was such a foodie town, and no idea that this hotel was the local's "go to" place to take their friends and family. Our room was nice, we overlooked the Falls just slightly askew. No issues with our room our housekeeping at all, very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is fabulous, so much so, it was very difficult to get reservations! I did no think Greenville would need reservations for our getaway, and I was wrong. I also have never before in life needed reservations for breakfast. Not Sunday brunch, breakfast. We chose this hotel because we had seen the Christmas Market they hold promoted, and it was cute, but very small. The problems we had were because this property is SO popular, you could not easily get reservations, we were never able to enjoy a cocktail in the lobby around the huge hearth, and the fabulous outdoor bar with firepits and cozy seating we were never able to visit, either. It was too crowded, and I'll bet money those folks in the lobby and around the bar firepit were not necessarily guests there... and that's frustrating. We enjoyed our visit, and we'll likely go back, just not the weekend prior to Christmas, for sure.

The hotel is quite…read morelarge and modern looking and it's right in the middle of downtown, very walkable to many places to eat and drink. Arriving, there's valet out front, but I wasn't sure where to drop the car off, as they were too busy chatting to greet me, so I parked and went to greet them. They were definitely friendly once I did this, but it wouldn't been nicer if they were paying attention to newly arriving customers. Then on my last night, I dropped the car back off after I returned from dinner and told the valet I needed to leave around 4AM the next morning. He said valet doesn't open until 6AM, so he would leave my car parked out front and leave the key at the desk. Of course I came down at 4AM and my car wasn't there. The front desk lady called someone who went and got the key and car, which was contrary to what the guy told me the night before. One more issue with valet - They always had way too many cars parked in the circle out front which totally clogged traffic and prevented driving through. I went to leave and had to back out of the drive into the road rather than drive around through their circle - this was pretty dangerous. Checking in was much worse... the young man who checked me in simply gave me a key and said very little. I had to come back to ask him if there was a lounge, free breakfast, water for the room, basically all the points he's supposed to review with me. He couldn't have been more dismissive. As for the room, it was nice. Plenty of charging ports and outlets. A new modern style, with European style toilets in the bathroom and plenty of lighting throughout the room. I definitely don't like rainfall shower systems, especially with that style of handle, where there are two and you don't know which does what. The TV worked well and even had all the newer streaming services, which was great. The HVAC system was quiet and effective. Next time I'm in town I'm going to probably stay at the Westin across the street.

We had two queen beds with tons of desk and storage space... great for keeping toddler hands out of trouble, and the living room/kitchen area with the curtain divider giving us some separation of space... perfect for getting the baby down while we watched TV. We initially booked two nights, but we arrived in town late and decided to extend our stay by an extra night (there was some confusion with this and it cost me a little extra, but this was a Hilton corporate issue and no fault of the hotel itself). Valet is the only parking option and the fee is reasonable (I think $20/night) and they were always quick to have the car ready downstairs. When we checked in we were greeted by Scott and he was such a welcoming greeting committee after a long drive. He even ran upstairs and set up the provided pack and play while we gathered our bags. We saw him daily throughout our stay and he was always helpful and personable. He was definitely highlight of our comings and goings each day. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, bars, and shopping and we always felt safe in the downtown area. We even made sure to get downstairs a couple days to take advantage of breakfast and it was well stocked and a perfect way to start the day. I will be staying here again for sure.

The elevators were fast, wifi efficient, and there's a complimentary breakfast with some nice, drink options like almond milk and chocolate milk. At first, I didn't see any hot foods like eggs and sausage and then realized they were placed inside cases which I think of for bread and pastries. Breakfast could be improved, but it got the job done. The room is bright and spacious with plenty of shelving, a desk and a kitchen area. The bathroom is small with a nice walk in shower. The only potentially tricky part is parking. You can pay valet, or look for street parking (free on weekends) or choose from several nearby parking garages. The location is at the north end of Main Street. Walking to many fun sights (3 minutes to the festival of trees at the Hyatt Regency, 10 minutes to the Gingerbread House Competition at Springhill Suites, and 20 minutes to the Grand Bohemian Hotel and Falls Park suspension bridge.
