The pillows were so old and flat. We had to go to walmart to buy pillows as their pillows were so flat they hurt our neck. The furniture was old and beat up and kind of gross The shower had body hairs in the tub and black mold! So gross! We will not stay here again. I even answered their survey email and the review was not good but the response floored me. I explained how dirty and run down the property was and the response was we hope you come back and stay again!

We had a room on the first floor, which was convenient as we were traveling with a program dog from Dogs Inc. Parking situation was limited, most of it was in the back. Although a pet-friendly hotel for non-service dogs, there was no designated dog relief area, bags or disposal site. I always bring my own and found an outside trash can to utilize. There is also limited grass, mostly mulch, so if your pup is picky about their potty spot, be aware. Room was quiet, AC was perfect, bathroom was nice, beds were comfy. There's also a plethora of dining options, as well as an Aldi, literally steps from the hotel, which is a big plus! Would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Nothing special at all. Not even a chin up bar. The suites' kitchens felt poorly designed. The sink was too small for the faucet, for example. It was difficult to wash the dishes without getting water everywhere. I'd love to know the GC that signed off on that job - just to poke fun at him/her! The couch was also not a sleeper. My feet dangled over the edge while my wife and kids took the king. I'm mostly nitpicking. For the money, it was reasonable. For good burgers when in town, check out Meat N Greet.

I was thrilled when I saw the room, since it is huge! The decor and aesthetic are clean and modern, not dated. The kitchenette is solid, with a stovetop, full-sized fridge, and even a dishwasher! I took the opportunity to cook some meals here instead of eating out, and it was a good experience that made me feel at home. I love that they worked with the Container Store to provide high quality, ample storage options in the room, so I had lots of place to hang up my clothes and avoid wrinkles! I also liked how the enormous TV connected to Netflix, Prime Video, and other apps. The TV channel selection itself is good too. The bed was a tiny bit firm but I still sunk into it each night and didn't have problems sleeping on it at all. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. I didn't hear much noise at all, either outside or from any weird mechanical or AC systems (they can rattle or do similar things at older hotels). The free breakfast wasn't a huge spread, but it had some unique items and of course coffee, juice, etc. This isn't enough of a con to knock off a star, but this corporate park area is spread out, not really walkable to much, and not in the middle of any "action." But it's near a lot of larger streets and highways, so that is OK.

Everything you want to know about this place…read more I stayed here for a few weeks during which time they were remodeling the hotel so I got to see some of the upgrades which looked really nice. Location. Great location near Ashley Park mall just off of Bullsboro. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to multiple shops including Dillard's, belk, Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, a movie theater, popshelf (for cheap snacks, soda, and water), a cookie shop, and a vintage candy store, plus more. Also walking distance to a bar and grill (less than three minute walk), Newks (for great pizza), a pita restaurant, Positano pizza and subs, Tin drum Asian restaurant, and an Asian steakhouse. It's also directly across the street from the Marriott Townhome suites. Parking. Free in the adjacent lot. Building. Four floors with one set of elevators. There is access to an ice machine (not on every floor), recycling and trash receptacles on every floor, a 24-hour mini-market with wine, beer, snacks, frozen meals, dog treats, and toothbrushes, etc. These items can be paid for or charged to your room. The building was secure and well-maintained. Guests are required to use a key card or the Hilton app to access the building during breakfast and afterhours. Amenities. There is a small but nice little outdoor pool with loungers, outdoor tables and a grill. The pool has a rather large area where it is only one foot deep making it ideal for toddlers and non-swimmers. There's also a well-equipped gym with mirrors, a treadmill, a recumbant bike, an upright bike, an elliptical, a weight bench, a full set of hand weights and medicine balls, yoga mats, pilates balls, and a universal weight machine. The gym is equipped with a television as well. There is a secured guest laundry area located inside the gym with two washers and two dryers. At the time of my stay they were fifty cents each per load and you can get quarters at the front desk-- they do not work with credit cards. You can purchase laundry detergent at the front desk. Coffee/tea - available 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast buffet. I see complaints on yelp about the buffet but honestly, I ate it for more than three weeks and never got bored. The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable every day that I was there. In addition to coffee, hot tea, juice and water, on the buffet you'll find a selection of items that rotate throughout the week including: muffins, bread for toast, English muffins, bagels, and croissants; fried eggs, omelettes, and egg puffs; turkey sausage, pork sausage, and bacon; mini hash browns and potato wedges; yogurt with toppings like chocolate chips, granola, coconut, strawberries; fresh whole fruit; spinach and feta pastries, waffles (you make them yourself in the waffle maker), french toast with syrup, chicken tenders (for chicken and waffles), and sauces including ketchup, hot sauce, nashville sauce, mayo, etc. Rooms. Comfortable and well-equipped. The water pressure was great in the shower and there was always hot water. The bed is the Hilton bed. There is a sofa, a large television, ottoman, desk and table along with a kitchenette that has a full size fridge with a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and full set of dishes and cutlery. No stove but portable cooktops are available from the front desk for no charge. There are also hairdryers and ironing boards in the room with irons. No safe but you can keep valuables in the safe behind the front desk. Staff. Warm and very friendly and welcoming. I can't say how impressed I was with all of them-- they made me feel welcome. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

First, the front desk man was inefficient to begin with…read more Being that I had to ask him pertinent questions about parking and building access after checking me in--he was annoyed by that, he told me to leave his lobby/front desk. I confronted him about WHY I HAD TO ask about where to park my car and which door would be best to enter to get to the 3rd floor room. I said to him, "I shouldn't have to ask those questions," the reason for my confrontation: He seemed to be visibly annoyed by me asking him something that he should have offered. And then, he told me that his "script" was to only tell me when breakfast was served and the room number.... Yet, He was all into making sure I had my State DL and confirming which credit card I was using for a required $75.00 deposit...which was not disclosed when I booked the room on hotels.com. So, I was taken aback when he said, "leave my lobby." Like I didn't pay for two nights and just checked in. " TAKEN ABACK AND APPALLED. The nerve... I asked, Leave? for what? And I say to him, "Are you mad because I informed you of my expectations and experience with you? And then, immediately, I asked, if he was the manager? he said, "no." And then I said, "I need to talk to a manager. He said, "he could call her and he did..." Some lady answered on his cell phone and he proceeded to tell her something about me and I spoke loud enough across the front desk to ask to speak to her, if she was the Inn manager... He puts her on speaker and places his cell phone on desk in front of me to talk. And the manager after hearing my issue, went on some rant about: it being 1:00 am and they (the front desk staff) probably didn't know all that is needed to tell me. And she says, it sounds like you expect a long list of information about the hotel. Really?! In short, she refused to hear my point and told him to take her off speaker and that this won't be resolved. She told him to tell me: Since I have my room this conversation is over. Just wow world, unbelievable!!! So, I am definitely livid and upset...This is soooo unacceptable to me! I will never stay with Country Inn and Suites by Radisson ever again! Due to their lack of empathy and poor customer service from front desk staff and hotel management. They need to be re-trained about prioritizing the consumer who gives their money to this company. Bottom line for me: Poor Management, one who dismisses complaints about poor staff treatment. And front office staff having a bad attitude about customer feedback. *My experience is what matters in this situation and the issue was not addressed. So, now I have to YELP this business to the SKY about their terrible service and mistreatment to me. So, be warned: If you are not interested in good customer service and valid customer service complaints being dismissed--go here. Also, the pictures on the website show a totally different picture of the truth about the room and its cleanliness. Even housekeeping department needs to be re-trained. As for me: LESSON LEARNED and this business gets a rating of minus zero in stars! -BP

Easy to access the hotel. It's an outdoor type hotel so no elevator access that I noticed. Easy check in process. The hotel lobby was clean and nicely decorated. The room was clean. My only complaint was the bed. It was on springs and squeaked WITH EVERYMOVE - it was soooo annoying. I had a king sized bed room - it had a chair and ottoman, desk and chair, small flat screen tv, mini fridge and microwave, armoire, outside of the bathroom area with sink and full sized mirror and enclosed bathroom with sink and stand up shower. The shower was set up weird to me. It had a sliding glass entry but you the opening was furthest away from the shower head so when you turned it on you had to reach in awkwardly to turn it on. The shower didn't have a place to set your stuff up. It did have the wall mounted shower pump for body wash and etc. The room had plug in chargers but doesn't support USB port charging only (just FYI) Breakfast is provided. Typical items - waffle maker, hot bar - eggs, potatoes and sausage. Some yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal. Coffee station. Tv screen and some seating available. There's an outdoor pool but it was closed for the winter. There was a room with washing machine and dryer and a dispenser for laundry products and an ice dispenser machine. The walls are thin. I was able to clearly hear other people conversations with very little effort. Overall - decent stay. Good location. Clean establishment. Just need a little more tweaking.

Disappointing Stay - Not Up to Marriott Standards…read more I stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Newnan for two nights (Sept. 19-21, 2025). Even with a military discount, my total was $263 for the weekend. Without the discount, the same room would have been $161 per night, which is absolutely not worth the experience I had. There are only three Marriott properties in Newnan, and this weekend only two were available. The other option was StudioRes, which I'd never heard of, so I decided to stick with SpringHill Suites, but I now wish I had tried the other one. From the moment I arrived, there were issues. The hotel and hallways had a strong, musky smell, which carried into my room. My door didn't close properly unless I physically forced it shut, and later it even jammed, making it difficult to get back inside. The showerhead was loose and moved freely, and the safety rail in the shower wasn't properly secured at the bottom, which is a serious hazard. Cleanliness was a huge concern. There was visible black mold on the bathroom walls and orange discoloration around the shower base. On my second day, I also noticed a strong sewage smell coming through the drains, not from my room, but clearly from the plumbing system. This is my second stay at this location. The first time, I noticed the same musky smell but assumed it was a one-off issue since I was in town for my father's funeral and distracted. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed it's an ongoing problem. As a loyal Marriott customer, I expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained room, especially when paying premium rates. While I don't expect perfection, this stay fell far below Marriott's usual standards and has me seriously considering other hotel brands in the future.
