Text messages sent after we complained about kids running down the hall instead of actually dealing with the parents.

The room I booked was not what I received when I checked in. I talked with the night manager and they were not able to resolve the problem. I reserved a double Queen room and was given a king. As a resolution, I requested another room with another bed. I was offered a 10% discount on the room which was not satisfactory. The night manager contacted another manager and I was offered a 50% discount. Again, I was not happy because I had three full sized people and only one bed and a pull out. I requested an opportunity to move to another room on our second night and was told they would make a note in my account. I called the hotel the next day at noon to see if I could move and was told "sorry, we just booked our last one" and that no note was made on our account. The second night the manager told us that we weren't welcome to gather and have open alcohol containers. She was rude and told us we were being too loud. Meanwhile, they had two outside groups (locals) renting party space and the pool area and those groups had brought alcohol in as well. Our group in total booked at least 14 nights between 7 families and only half of the rooms were the actual rooms we reserved. Overall terrible experience and inexperienced staffing makes this a poor choice.

The person on the phone was incredibly professional and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and convenient to the Budweiser center. The pool has a slide and a play area for all ages. The hot tub is outside and the bubbles aren't working but that's ok. I'm not swimming personally so it doesn't bother me. The pool area is LOUD but with a cheer competition and volleyball competition, the place is packed. This is a great staycation place as there are restaurants and stores close by. The rooms are clean and everything looks brand new. Even though it set me back 200$, it's well worth it

There is black mold in this hotel. Do yourself & your family a favor & find a different hotel. There is no way they don't know about it. It is clearly visible behind peeling wallpaper along the main hallway.

    Mold on mattress

This hotel does not comply with COVID precautions in general. Room did not have a "clean seal" on door, found toys and socks from previous guests under bed and dresser. Pulled out sofa bed and found mold on mattress cover and the mattress. When these issues were brought to the hotels attention, they said I should have told them about it at check in! I did not get Down on hands and knees to inspect at check in but had to 2 days into stay when I lost a wedding ring and thought it may have slipped under the rooms furniture. Bottom line, this place is not clean by any standards, especially in today's world. The clerk was beyond rude about it and told us there was nothing she could or would do.

You're warned that you'll be fined for not paying the parking fee of $14.00. At the front counter, I advised the hotel clerk that I was Deaf and to please face me when addressing me. When I asked about paying to park, I was told, "Yes, $14.00. In downtown Denver, it can be $50 or more." I replied, "But this isn't Denver; this is Loveland, and your parking lot is empty." Next, he said, "I see you booked our hearing-accessible room. Do you need it?" I thought, "Wait, what did you say?" He repeated himself, "I said you booked our hearing-accessible room. Do you need it?" I replied, "Why would I book it if I didn't need it? Besides, I just told you I was Deaf. Just because I can speak doesn't mean I can hear." It's typical that a majority of hearing people wrongfully assume that the ability to speak is connected with the ability to hear. I don't mind correcting people, but it's old. Next, I noticed that you had to use your room keycard to gain access to the floors. I've included a photo of this; it's a nice safety feature that I've often found in hotels in New York City to deter non-guests from floor access. As I always do, I took my black light to the room. You can go to the next level, and while the lights are out, use a hairdryer on the corners and headboard of the bed. Bugs are attracted to the heat. Just don't have it in full blast or too close. The room had USB ports and even a wireless charging pad for phones, which afforded this option. Finally, my refrigerator went out while I was at work. All my food went bad, but the hotel replaced my refrigerator around 9 pm.

I stayed in the Kennedy Suite, the one with the steam shower, on 11/14/2025. The steam shower was…read morenot operational. It had recently been replaced, but the replacement was not completed. The maintenance technician, who was in my suite ALL DAY Saturday 11/15, told me that the water in and water out hoses were installed backward. I noticed while he was there that the circuit breaker for the steam shower was turned off meaning that it was deliberately left disabled. The hotel staff therefore knew that the steam shower did not work, including when I checked in and told them that I have stayed there repeatedly because it's the closest hotel I've found with a steam shower (still two hours from home) and that I intended to spend much of the weekend in the steam shower. I have attempted to contact management (Nikhil and Angie) and they do not return my voicemails or my emails, and they have instructed the front desk to send me to voicemail instead of letting me speak to them. The steam shower is the only reason I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel (a total of nine nights) and it's the only reason I consider it to be worth the price. Management willingly allowed me to purchase something they knew they had no intention of delivering. This behavior borders on fraud. I seldom post reviews, and I almost never post negative reviews, but because of the way my bad experience has been ignored and dismissed, and because I've made significant good-faith effort to give hotel management an opportunity to make things right, I've decided to post a review in this case. UPDATE: Nikhil posted a reply on Google and TripAdvisor; I edited my review on Google but couldn't find a way to do so on TripAdvisor. He claimed to have informed me of the steam shower problem, and he also claimed to have offered me a partial discount for my trouble. Here is my update I posted on Google: UPDATE after hotel's response: Lies. Bald-faced lies. I was NOT informed of the issue with the steam shower; I called the front desk when I first tried to use the steam shower on the first night and they had no idea of an existing problem. Nikhil responded to my email on the second day, halfway through the time the maintenance tech was in my room (which went from 9 or 10 in the morning until at least 3 pm, and I wasn't told he wasn't returning until I called after 6 pm to ask, meaning my romantic getaway was on hold ALL DAY SATURDAY) and at that time Nikhil told me there was an issue, but that was not helpful because I had ALREADY told HIM that there was an issue. He pretended that he was informing me of the issue, when he only did that after I had informed HIM of the issue. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT, PARTIAL OR OTHERWISE, WAS OFFERED OR DELIVERED. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel, because they can not be trusted to deliver what is promised (the steam shower is an amenity listed in the description, a very specific selling point justifying the cost of the room, and thus is not an "additional feature" which they can optionally choose not to provide). Not only that; when they do not provide what is promised, they are willing to flat out lie in a public post as evidenced in their response. Shame on you, Nikhil.
