We've had care givers from Comfort Keepers in to care for my mother for the past few weeks, and I don't even have words for how caring and wonderful they've been. They take excellent care of my mom, first and foremost. They also reassure me and I feel like I've made several new friends. I can tell they truly care about my mom, and have gone above and beyond to keep her house clean (for which she has super high standards), which is very important to her. They've taken great care of her dog and cat, and spoil and love them when they are there. It is so important to be able to have caring people you can trust when you're not there. I've heard them talking to her when I'm there and they are so caring and reassuring her all the time. Today, I came over and baked, and they even cleaned up after me! I don't know the names of all the care givers that have been there, but Kayla, Chloe, Dorene, and Sarah have all just been amazing. I wish I didn't have to say goodbye when they are no longer needed. Carrie and Ashley in the office, are always available and take care of any questions or concerns immediately. I knew as soon as I and my first meeting with Ashley, we were in good hands. We had another service in a few years ago after my mom broke her wrist, and they were quite a disappointment. I am so happy to have this group caring for my mother as she deals with a serious illness. It is a scary time and leaving my mom in the care of others is a bit nerve wracking, but I feel incredibly lucky to have found these caregivers because I don't have any worries at all when I leave the house. Very, very thankful for all the help they've given us. read more
