I see Dr. Cesario and I'm quite pleased with this location of Advantage Health as a whole…read more Dr. Cesario really takes his time with you during your appointment, and it is made clear quite quickly that his number one concern is your health, understanding, and satisfaction. The office staff and nurses are all very kind and helpful. This location is super convenient because they also have an Urgent Care center and a lab (Although it gets a little confusing because it's easy to assume the lab is actually run by the doctors but it's slightly different billing/administration).

Even though, it is very appealing…read moreto the eye and there are some good staff there, it only takes a few to turn your loved ones stay into a nightmare. Our loved one was over medicated, aiides reporting incorrect pain levels to nurses (ie patient requesting Tylenol for headache and nurse tried to give narcotic) adding a PRN narcotic with a scheduled narcotic without asking if patient wanted or needed the extra pain medication, motives questionable. Basic expectations of treating patients and family members with dignity and respect not enforced by management.

You'll likely see numerous reviews from me here on this business. As I've been coming here since…read morethe owner opened years ago. Most recently this time for a back issue. Twisted wrong and could hardly tie my shoes or get dressed. Hands down this has to be the easiest PT around to work with. Call them directly, they contact your doctor for the referral. Friendly front desk, easy to schedule with, great to work with. One on one, not one PT with 2 or more patients. Had a few weeks scheduled but within a week and a half and doing my "homework" I was "back on track ". I'm a big fan of supporting small businesses as they usually go the extra mile, and Nephew is no exception. I'll continue to come here anytime I need PT!

Mother was there for 3 weeks. The staff was very attentive to getting their money and paperwork,…read morebut once that was settled mom was treated like an intrusion to their schedule. She fell and was on the floor for over an hour until my dad managed to get someone to come help. The staff then blamed my father for her falling. Crazy. I found her food tray upside down on her bed (she couldn't feed herself) with the food on the floor. Rather than cleaning up the mess, the staff walked on it grinding it into the carpet. The evening care workers were disinterested, abrupt, and most unfriendly towards mom. When she cried out in pain from their moving her, she was threatened by the staff with restraining devices. My dad and I were quite disappointed that we chose that place for her. I could not in good conscience recommend this for a parent. My father wept daily that he had placed her there. She passed three weeks later. Finally, there is a credit on mom's account, and the staff seems to refuse to receive my calls or relay messages to discuss the matter. Mom had been under home health care workers for the prior 7 months and the care was astonishingly different. At $6,000 dollars per month plus a $1500 dollar fee, it sure is a great money-maker, but a typical big-business system of assembly-line care. Let me start off By saying not one day have I ever walked in without the staff being the happiest imaginable. They are genuinely good people. They truly do care about there patients from beginning when you walk in to even after you leave. When I started going to novo I had horrible shoulder pain. Saw two other chiropractors prior and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. Within 15 mins of my first visit Dr.Bailey had figured out what my issue was. She came up with a plan and her plan worked amazing. I sit here three months later able to lift 120lb dumbbells when before I could only hit 85 pound dumbbells due to the pain. Words can't describe how happy I am with the help and guidance I received from dr. Bailey and all the staff who assisted and continue to assist along the way. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. I could move an hour away and still would drive here due to the service and success I personally saw from this place.
