We were in town for a short trip. Unbeknownst to me, the hubby book this hotel. We entered the hotel and were greeted by staff. We checked in and the staffed processed the transaction and gave us room keys. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has free breakfast in the morning which wasn't bad BUT you must eat in the breakfast room which was hard for us. Another lady was arguing the front desk staff as he asked her if she was staying there then after she confirmed it he told her he couldn't take a plate up to her room. We paid for the room online in advance and at first everything seemed to be going smoothly. Then I had the "audacity" to call the hotel and ask about early check in. The woman I spoke to was rude and indifferent and told me that the hotel was packed and that they would therefor have no ability to extend early check in, even for a fee. This seemed odd, but if they were "packed" it was understandable, so I thanked her for her time, to which she responded with "yeah" and hung up. The following day we arrived at the property at 2:30pm and went to check in so that we could go to Buffalo Wild Wings down the street from the hotel and grab something to eat. We entered the lobby at about 2:45pm and went to the front desk where we were greeted by a woman whose voice I recognized as the rude woman from the above described phone call. My girlfriend took out her wallet to begin checking in and was told she needed to wait until 3:00pm, which was 15 minutes away. The woman said the rooms were not ready yet and my girlfriend had to plead with her to simply check us in so that we could go eat, which she eventually did, but with a really rude demeanor and making comments about "people not being able to understand that 3 mean 3". We asked if the brand new Jeep Wllys Edition with temporary New Jersey plates would be vacating the loading/unloading area where it was parked in the very middle of the access making it impossible get close to the hotel to unpack our luggage (mind you, I am going for full open chest style heart surgery in 8 days), and the woman at the desk simply responded "no, that's where he parks". No idea who "he" is, but when I asked if they had luggage carts the woman simply said "no". We went to eat and returned to the hotel. I struggled to carry our luggage from the parking lot all the way up to our room (210) and was exhausted and wheezing by the time we got there. Upon entering the room we (Carrie and I) began noticing that there was no toilet paper or tissue, the holder for the toilet paper was actually ripped of the wall and the broken pieces were on the vanity. We noticed there were no towels and no coffee or any of the coffee supplies. Then I tried to turn on the television and noticed that someone had removed the coaxial cables from the box and simply left it on the chest the television sat on. I decided to call the front desk, only to discover that the cord connecting the unit to the receiver was also missing. I walked down to the front desk where I met a man who seemed to be the manager and also seemed to be somehow related to the angry woman at the front desk. I explained the situation and he gave me toilet paper, tissue and had ME go into the food service area (which was closed and the lights were off) and look around for cups, utensils, etc. There was no coffee or any of the other items that were missing from the room with the exception of a few paper coffee cups and some plastic spoons, which I grabbed. The manager then cam to our room to try to "fix" the TV. He found that the remote had been literally snapped in have and put back together and that someone had apparently stolen the cables to hook up the router. He grabbed another box and slung it over the top of the TV to just kind of hang there because there was no cable available to place the box in its intended place. He (Manager) then looked up and said "oh, look, they stole the smoke detectors too!!" He said he would wait until we checked out to replace the smoke detectors and when I asked if that was acceptable he said it was ok because there are so many smoke detectors in other parts of the hotel!! He gave us a different remote for the TV (Which was taped together and ultimately we discovered the only way to turn the TV off was to physically unplug it. The manger informed us that the phone cord would not be replaced and when I asked "then why keep the phone in the room?" He said that it was company policy. Once they (Manager, rude woman from front desk and one or two people from housekeeping ) finally left our room the entire place smelled liked really bad body oder. Like, REALLY bad. We actually went across the street to a gas station to buy a spray for the room. When we returned from the gas station and finally unpacked and were about to relax, Carrie decided to take a shower; NO HOT WATER!!! I mean, come on!! Am I being PUNKED at this point?!?! We ran the water in the tub (at the suggestion of the rude woman at the front desk) for over an hour and the best we got was lukewarm for about 30 seconds and then right back to freezing. Carrie now took over because I was actually having chest pains from the anger/stress and went down (once again) to the front desk to demand a refund for this stay. The woman, as expected, was completely unhelpful and actually tried to intimidate Carrie, staring her down and shrugging with a smirk. We were looking for an inexpensive room on our way to New Hampshire, and we got what we paid for. The bed was comfortable and the price was right. There was no soap in the room, so we had to ask for it at the desk. One small bath towel for two people. The shower was adequate. The fan kept coming on and going off, and was hard to control. Furniture was rather worn out. The breakfast was laughable -- crappy breakfast sausage and egg circles; rolls with holes (not real bagels); waffle machine with cups too small to make a real waffle. My wife the coffee drinker said the coffee was bad, and there were only a few decaf Lipton tea bags for me the tea drinker. This place needs to be razed and actual hospitality professionals hired. Physically it's in poor shape (for example, the elevator buttons on the third floor were duck taped to the wall). Staff were ok (not rude) but clearly over their head. We had prepaid and it still took 15 minutes to check in. The "free breakfast" was a joke. No eggs, a few sausages and bacon that I would not have attempted to eat for a million dollars. Some cereal but no milk. Stale bagels. Water came out from the orange juice dispenser. The bed was comfortable. That was a pleasant surpise. If you absolutely need a place to sleep, get off the highway from a long drive, then do it. Otherwise, don't. I work from home and I travel for work. I needed a place to stay for the week and a place I could work at. It's Wethersfield, CT (A great town) close to good restaurants, easy highway access, etc. Pictures on Expedia looked good. How could I go wrong? Check in is 3:00. They absolutely would not let me check in at 1 or 2 or even 2:30. Very inconvenient. But that was not the worse part. To sum up, dirty, carpet stains in hallways and on room carpet. (Was last cleaned in the 80's) Awful stains on chair in room. (Disgusting nasty stains and from the position of them and color it is clear what occurred there. (Think Oral)) The bathroom had ceiling tiles missing (These are cheap and easy to replace in a hang down ceiling.) despite that they only provided 1 roll of previously used toilet paper, two large towels, 1 medium (No face cloth) no soap but they did give me shampoo and conditioner. I'm bald so that's worthless. Breakfast is included. It is redundant. The same thing every day. Link sausages and fake egg omelets. no cheese, no salsa, no homerless. They have bagels but no bagel cutter so you have to use a dull plastic knife which ruins the bagels. The juice machine does not work, someone has to hold the door closed while you get orange or apple (The only options). They have weak watery coffee but no covers for the cups. Luckily a Starbucks, DD and other diners are very close by when I needed a good cup. I was here four days. Never once did they clean the room. On day 3, I went to front desk and asked why? They said they would but just didn't get there yet. I was given a couple more towels, but still no face cloth and only hand soap and 1 more roll of tp. (Thx!). Checking out now (tis last morning) writing this review and still had no cleaning service. I left 3 paper bags full of trash since they only provided one trash can for the room. Rumor has it this place has been sold 3 times in past couple years. Not sure if they care or don't know how to run a hotel. I must also say the hallways/stairways were NEVER swept or cleaned once since I was here. Debris, garbage, etc all over the floor. Dirty dirty dirty. oh and the worst??? So far, and I've been here one night, the guy who checked us in was rude and rushing me and meowing at ME. Told me my room needs to be inspected every 2 days. I have had no water in my room yet. He was told. He said they're working on it. And the coffee machine in my room had old moldy coffee in it a I have not received a new one. Also upon checking I was told, after I already paid with my husband's debit card, that I needed to put another card on the account for a $200 hold for incidentals. Fine. Gave him a card but it didn't have my name on it. It was midnight I was tired. My mistake. Now I have to transfer money from one account to another. He's meowing at me and the after holding onto my card for 10 minutes proceeds to tell me my card declined. But it's okay. Anyways the house I lived in was sold and we were forced to move quickly with 2 children. I paid 1200 for 2 weeks and it's not worth it. This experience is upsetting read more

NO stars IF I COULD. This place is terrible. Horrible conditions. Rooms are disgusting; bugs, stains, holes, hair, literally anything you can think of. Staff is not friendly, and by staff I mean the (maybe) 5 people that work there. The place smells like BO, piss, and spices all at the same time. Walking to our room- trash everywhere in the hallways, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years, lights were out. The cleaning lady was using a shopping cart with dirty towels. My second night staying, I had gotten back to the hotel from the volleyball tournament down the street around 11pm and had to wait at the front lobby to get my key card reactivated for 2 HOURS. While waiting, they blared music and left a phone number that was not picked up once. The man who was suppose to be at the front desk was asleep in a room. The people coming in and out of this place made it feel so unsafe for a couple of 20 year olds. At the same time was a boys hockey team who was also staying at the hotel. I overheard some of the boys talking about how they were checking out DAYS earlier because the conditions were so bad. I don't recommend unless you like cockroaches. read more

I had an awful experience here this past weekend. My daughter and I were locked in Room 415 with no working phone. The hotel phone itself was broken and had bugs crawling on it. I tried calling the front desk many times from my cellphone but the call would get cut off after a few rings. Finally after banging on the door for several minutes, a man in a neighboring room heard us and came to help. I slid my key card under the door and he was able to let us out from the outside. When we got to the lobby, the man at the front desk, who said his name was Pat, was arguing with another patron about an issue with their stay. When it was my turn to speak , Pat was rude , argumentative and unapologetic. The interaction was incredibly upsetting to my daughter and we ended up leaving. The room I booked was dirty with unmade beds. They moved me to a second room where there was water streaming out of the shower wall and the door handle looked like someone had broken into the room or tried to...I had to sleep in that room because front desk didn't know what to do. In the morning, I showed the front desk the flooded bathroom and they attempted to get me another room so I could shower. Two more dirty rooms with unmade beds. The last room worked for a shower. Booked through the choice hotel app and paid, upon check in the girl tried to charge me again for the night, then she charged me a $25 per fee, app says $20 pet fee, she charged me $28,75 for occupancy fee, so there were 3 separate transactions on my card. When asked about the occupancy fee I got the run around even though I had already paid through the app. Tried to clear it up the next day and the guy was very rude and unprofessional. The hallways are gross with stains and a smell. Our room was disgusting, stains in the carpet, horrible smell, something on the wall, hair in the bathroom, no toilet paper and the toilet paper holder was broke, empty tissue box in the tissue holder. Leaving the next morning I over heard the guy at the desk yell at another guest about towels and refused to fiber her clean towels. I ended up going to the Sheraton and he refused to refund me even with a doctors note stating that my 2 year old grandson and myself had contracted bedbugs. This hotel has definitely not been kept up, in the time since my last stay here. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and sank in the middle, the water in the bathtub inconsistently switched between super hot and super cold, the very small bathtub itself had no grips on the bottom so it was very slippery. If we didn't pull on the handle after leaving (or push on the door from the inside after arriving), the door would not latch shut entirely and could very easily be broken into without so much as a key. The ice machine in the hall is broken, too. Our first night here on this most recent stay, at 2 a.m., two people were having a conversation right outside our window, and we very clearly heard the entire conversation. That, coming after someone ran out of the fire exit yelling obscenities and setting off an alarm, just after we got there. During the morning breakfast (the waffle machine was broken), I observed a few rather unsavory looking characters who may or may not have actually been staying in the hotel, coming in for breakfast (or at least some coffee). On one day, two people talking to another couple claimed they just got in a few minutes earlier from another city and were about to leave again, but not before grabbing every breakfast sandwich that wasn't nailed down. The breakfast foods I did have were pretty decent, at least. As we were leaving to check out, we overheard staff mentioning that there were bedbugs in another room. Hopefully we didn't have any in ours. After seeing other reviews, I'm beginning to wonder. This hotel needs a multi-million dollar makeover to make it nice again, as the only thing I found pleasant about this place was the staff. They also allowed our emotional support animals, which is a big plus for us, as those places are getting harder to find. read more

The receptionist didn't even seem to care she never even offered to switch us to another room. Maybe because the hot water didn't exist in any other rooms either? When I asked the front desk person what can be done, she says the manager won't do anything because I didn't show anyone at the front desk my bites. Bed bug bites show up a day or two later. I called guest relations and they can only offer points to stay at another comfort inn. You think I want to stay at another one of your hotels??!! I have never left a bad review for a hotel. If I could leave a zero, I would. First impression, this was an extremely rundown hotel. Upon entry, I was overwhelmed with the odor of cigarettes and drugs. It was all over the lobby, the elevator, the floors and most horrible in the room. Before I even crossed the room threshold, it took every ounce of self-control, not to turn around and go look for another room. If it weren't 2 o'clock in the morning, it was cold and I didn't have a rental car, I would've turned around and gone somewhere else. It was that bad. . The room itself looked straight out of the 70s with wear and tear evident on every surface you looked at. It clearly had not been updated in a very long time. It was dirty, stained and smelled. The bedding was sparse at best. No extra pillows. No extra blankets. I'm certain this room is the poster child for why the bedbug detection strips were developed. No dresser and very few drawers for your clothes. None of the normal items like menus or area attractions. Of course the room key didn't work midway through the stay. No surprise there. Buttons on the elevator were missing, garbage in the elevator. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best. The light next to the bed incessantly turned off. There was no alarm clock. The vending machines did not work. There was no ice on the floor, you had to go to the first floor. There was no cleaning of the room during the six days I was here. No fresh towels, no garbage taken out, nothing. Nothing like you would normally see at any hotel. Not what I have been accustomed to in other comfort hotels. The entire place just reeked of poor upkeep and lack of attention to detail The hotel is apparently run by a family of many ages. An elderly couple, a middle aged man and a teen. During one elevator ride, two of the family members were in the elevator on either side of me. I was in the middle, slightly ahead of them facing the door. Consistent with their culture, both the gentleman stepped around, in front of me and exited the elevator first, even though I was the at the door in front of them. To me it just demonstrated another example of lack of attention to detail and little regard for others. There was many riffraff across the property and loitering. I would never wander around this hotel at night. Ultimately the second hand smoke was so bad it made me sick. I developed bronchitis and had asthma attacks (I haven't had asthma attacks in many years) so bad I had to go to urgent care at the end of the 6 day stay. All of that is bad enough.... However, the icing on the cake was I slipped going up their front steps. Their lobby steps are covered by the roof. However, the paint they used on the very narrow steps does not have any grit to it to makes the surface unsafe. It's VERY slippery. Despite the fact we were in the middle of winter, and the temperature was varying, I saw no evidence of any salt or sand to make the steps safe. An elderly Indian man as well as a young girl were in the lobby and watched the entire thing (it's all glass with a very clear view). Yes, I did get hurt. I was bleeding and have had an egg on my knee for days now. I'm not a complainer, I'm a nurse, but this was shocking to me. Not one of them asked me if I was OK or examined the stairs, nothing... Suffice to say I will never come back to this hotel again. I will happily stay at any competitor, and they have many on that strip, instead of coming here. Been coming there for about 10 years for business. My recent trip, I had an issue with my fridge and was told because of cut backs no one could help me after 5. The lawns outside were long and weedy. I was there 4 days and had no room service. I saw maid once in hall and gave her my garbage and got towels. Breakfast breads consisted of two slices of white bread in plastic wrap or a small muffin. This hotel was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in... ...And I'm kind of a scrappy person (i.e. regularly sleep in my car), so it really takes a lot for someone like ME to say this. I also rarely write reviews, but felt that NO ONE should have to endure a night like I had. If you are booking a night with a prostitute or need a place to trash and smoke meth all night in, then this is the place for you! The room was an absolutely vile level of filthy - it looked like someone had been living in it for several weeks before I stayed: graffiti, mystery stains all over the walls, hair everywhere, candle wax, sticky rings from someone else's drinks. I covered all the light switches with bandaids and the floors with towels. THEN, someone down the hall was smoking meth ALL NIGHT. Now, I was not sure prior to this night, that I knew what meth smelled like. Thanks to the Comfort Inn in Hartsford, CT, I am now 100% sure I can identify meth smoke. I put the fan on and thought I'd just deal with it until the morning, but after several hours, I had such a headache from the smoke, I simply had to leave. I actually tried sleeping in my car for awhile, then ultimately decided to get a room at a different place for the last 5 hours of the night bc I had a job interview the following morning & needed to at least get some rest. I was also so concerned that I - and my suit - would smell like meth. And everything I brought with me DID smell like meth - I actually washed my collared shirt in the sink at the 2nd hotel, and thank goodness I brought perfume to lightly spray my suit. If i could give 0 stars i would. i was not expecting much but this doesn't deserve anything. at first arrival elevator broken, pool closed, musty smell. Asked person at reception about nearby food places & the response was 'how would i know?' hm perhaps because you work local? rooms were filthy. dusty, dirty, smelled of mildew. Part of our bathroom door door was on the floor under the sink? wonder how long that's been there. and the bathroom lock was broken. stains on linen. carpet was stained & clearly hadn't been vacuumed. all of that would have been manageable for the evening, the real kicker was the ROACHES. got out of the shower & was shocked to see a large roach scurry off the vanity into a crack in the wall. ran out only to see another one, couldn't grab my phone quick enough to snap a photo. i was mortified. a little while later while trying to figure a way out & a baby roach was crawling up the wall. i couldn't fathom sleeping there or my belongings in the room but it was the middle of the night & nowhere to go. we had checked in very late & were out first thing in the morning. spent a total of 9 hours in the building. didn't bother to address the issues with reception as i knew the response would be 'nothing we can do'... judging by the 'owners' response or lack of to all the reviews we wish we read before booking. family had a total of 3 rooms & each room was worse than the next. my brother went to grab a coffee from the breakfast right before running out & the milk was spoiled. not a single pleasant experience. read more

This hotel is a total crap hole. The pool was out of service with no advanced notification. The grass hasn't been mowed in weeks and everything needs a desperate coat of paint. One elevator is missing the button for the first floor, so no one can use it - isn't that a safety violation? Apparently, this is a long-standing issue. First of all, the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room I was assigned was so strong, that not even after spraying a can of Lysol throughout the entire room, including the beds did the strong smell of old cigarette smoke faded. The smell was not from someone smoking in that room once or twice, but for many months or years. Secondly, everything had stains. The carpet was stained throughout the entire room, it was so disgusting that I refused to walk on it on my bare feet. The carpet did not look like they had tried to clean it at all. The towels were just as stained as the carpet. I refused to use them, and basically air dried my body after each shower. The room was dusty, one of the doors to the small refrigerator would not close, and the toilet paper holder was missing. Third, breakfast was scheduled from 6 am to 9 am, when I walked in the breakfast area at 8:30 am there was nothing but coffee left and the staff did not replenish anything at all while I was there, which was until 9 am. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

We booked a recent two-night stay visiting with family in the area. We immediately noted the main entrance covered portico was closed off with 5 gallon buckets and caution tape (despite signs directing us there). I noted it obviously had been closed for some time as the caution tape had faded to almost white color. This was inconvenient as it was raining on and off and I didn't want our infant (11 month old) son to get too wet. We were not enthusiastically greeted on arrival and noted the front desk associate was more occupied with whatever was on the computer screen than with us standing in front of her, bags in hand, and obviously wanting to check in. We were informed that the card keying machine was broken, that we would have to have a staff member let us into our room, but that they were expecting a replacement machine in the morning. While we found this odd, we proceeded to our room. Immediately on arriving, I noted what looked like nicotine stains on the walls outside of our room (tell tale brownish "drips) that smelled like stale smoke. The hallway carpets were faded with obvious dark stains. In the room itself, it smelled musty and like old smoke. I noted several 6"-8" scrapes on the walls that were down to the wallboard (white color) that looked like furniture had been moved and scraped. I noted the toilet paper was at less than half a roll and not folded (diamond or triangle, nothing, just the loose piece) with no spare roll available. We noted there was both long and short hair in the tub (that we know did not belong to us where we did not shower until the following morning - truly revolting). I noted the air conditioner made a noticeable thumping sound when it turned on (and later when it turned off). I noted the television remote control did not work for the TV itself (it did control the cable box) and one of the floor lamps was not functional. We noted the following morning at breakfast that the chairs and tables had a sticky residue with obvious dark stains on the chair pads that appeared to have been there for some time. We were willing to ignore some of these deficiencies given the price point/position in the market until the following evening when we requested keys to our room and were told that the key machine was not delivered, and a staff member again would need to let us into our room. After a :05-:07-minute wait, upon entering our room, we found that housekeeping had not visited. Our room trash had not been emptied (the wastebaskets are a comically small size), the towels were still wet from the morning showers, and of course, we had no extra toilet paper (to clarify - we never had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, nor were we told there was no housekeeping). Without being vulgar, to illustrate the point or issue - you know with an infant, used diapers do not smell pleasant and fill up a trash can quickly). I then visited the front desk to ask for towels, noting that our infant son needed to take a bath and get to bed. I was informed that there were no spare towels available at the front desk and that the associate would need to access the laundry room to get replacements. I was informed that those would be delivered to our room within fifteen minutes. At the :30 waiting mark, I called the front desk (guessing it was "0" on the phone the dial by directory was missing nor was there a guide in the room, just a letter containing several misspellings from Hotel Management concerning smoking of marijuana on the property). I mentioned the towels, and requested the Wifi password. Ultimately, we had to dry our son using his dirty/spit up on clothes he wore that day as the towels never arrived (we asked for towels again the following morning along with toilet paper and watched and waited at the front desk while the associate obtained them - even then, we only received two shower towels and no wash cloths etc). Ultimately, our expectations are less for a value brand hotel (there is no way this is "midscale"), however, our experience was nothing short of unacceptable. There was no concession on price nor was any member of management available to speak with. Effective hospitality management starts at the top with clear communication and eye for the details - this place looks like it has been mid-renovation (and sloppy renovation at that) for years. Clearly department heads (such as the housekeeping supervisor, all the way to the General Manager) have not completed effective "walk throughs" or simply do not care about the guest experience. One other item we found odd - we found a plastic water bottle behind our front passenger tire when loading up to leave. We were left with an unsettled feeling in the parking lot. Do yourself and family a favor and avoid this place entirely - spend a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere. Reflecting on the brand mission statement, "We want you to be at your best when you stay with us." - this is simply not the case for this location. read more

I very rarely write Yelp reviews, but in this case I feel impelled to do so. Start to finish staying here was a nightmare. Came up to West Hartford for a family event, and thought how bad could it be if all that was needed was a bed for two nights as we were going to be with family for meals and all activities? Boy, was I wrong. Check-in: Given two key cards that did not work, except finally jiggling one allowed entry. No hot water to take a shower. Wake up call (even though I saw him enter it) never came. Missed the main even with the family. Check out: "Where is the receipt?" "Oh, we'll send it to you later." Never came. The staff seemed to have an attitude they could not care less. And it reflects on the corporation. That has to have been the worst experience I ever had in a hotel/motel. Never again. read more

Do not stay at this place. I had booked a reservation for two rooms to visit my son who goes to college in the area. Unfortunately, my father fell in the rain and hurt him self, so I had to get him home. The hotel refused to even entertain my request to cancel my reservation, despite that my card had not yet been charged, and charged me full price for the two rooms despite the fact I was unable to stay there. I am aware that there are cancellation policies, however, given the circumstances, I would have expected more common courtesy, especially given the fact that I am a choice hotels member. If this hotel is so. hard up that it needs to keep my $250 under these circumstances where my father was injured, they must be desperate. read more

horrible, dirty place. had ROACHES, gum in the doorframe, hair, dry soap and mold in the shower, shower head moves, non working lightbulbs and outlets, tissue box was shoved with random tissues, connecting rooms without disclosure, non vacuumed carpet, curtains don't even close, unwashed sheets and blankets full of stains and hair, toilet paper holder was holding on by a thread, sassy management that did not believe any of these issues OR resolve our problems. only said we could check out and find somewhere else to stay on christmas night. overall, do not stay here. read more

Overall I was really expecting more from this hotel for the $$$. Staff was great as most stated here. However cleaning of the rooms were seriously lacking and repairs look like they were done hastily without care of what the final outcome was suppose to be. The bathroom was pretty dirty, with stain on the ceiling and walls. The bathroom door was dirty as if it hadn't been painted or cleaned since the hotel opened. I will say the pillows and and the bed was probably the most comfortable, I've ever encountered in a hotel. If I were to be asked if I would stay here again. Answer would be no. read more

I don't even want talk about my experience at this hotel. I stayed in this hotel and for the first and second stay everything was alright I even went on TripAdvisor to give them a 5 stars . For my 3rd stay at this hotel immediately after I checked in , I got an emergency call which could not allow me to the stay at this hotel, and since I booked the hotel at Priceline there can only be a refund or changes only if there was emergency, Priceline was willing to grant the refund or changes but the management didn't not want to approve it, so they lied to me telling me it was a third party thing and they don't have any control over it. I tried again booking this hotel again, since I just overlooked their error once again they check in again before letting me know they have a new policy that requires a $50 and the card and etc., and truly speaking I didn't have $50 or what so ever. So, I told them I wanted to cancel. Like the first incident they stated they can not refund the money since they have checked me in . So, again they not going to allow you stay there, they are also not gI've me back the money. For, one thing believe this is strategy they are using to take money from people. And ofcourse the manager standing there was there and I was so disappointed him. Well, with my kind of experience here I regret going to this place, and I won't advise this place for anyone. Coupled with this management issue some the staffs at the front desk are rude, some of the rooms a very dirty I don't even know if they even vacuumed the place at all and the breakfasts only moved from excellent (9) to something else, 2. Many times, it is only time that will reveal the true uniqueness of things, and with my 3rd and 4th stay I conclude it is the worst hotel I could ever stayed at. read more
