The bathroom was spotless. The linens were clean and crisp. The carpet didn't even seem dirty. The refrigerator was spotless and all the counters were clean. Noise - We stayed on a Saturday evening for one night and the hotel was quiet. We did not have any problems with noise from surrounding guests or noise outside. Service - The people at the front desk, both in the evening and the morning, were kind, welcoming and helpful. Comfort - The rooms are spacious! We felt like there was plenty of room for us and our five and two year old children. There was ample room to set up our travel crib and nothing felt crammed. There is an entire kitchenette area in the suite that included a fridge and separate freezer (not an ice box inside the fridge). There was a microwave, dishwasher, paper towel and dish soap. There was a lot of counter space in the kitchen as well as tons of storage and space for your stuff in the bedroom portion of the room. There were six wide and deep drawers for clothing (that were clean inside!) and plenty of hangers in the closet area. The beds were comfortable and each bed had four pillows that were poly filled and not down (which is good for me because I'm allergic to feathers). This is not the normal experience I have when traveling and someone should take immediate actions to fix to preserve the Hilton brand and ensure guests have a good experience wanting to return to Hilton. The sauna, for example, has apparently been broken for over a year. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told they decided not to fix it because "it never worked anyway when people poured water on it." I'm not a sauna expert, but most saunas clearly instruct guests not to pour water on the heating elements, so this explanation didn't exactly inspire confidence. The fitness center is another major concern. The air conditioning does not work well and before starting my work out I felt hot. When looking at the ceiling you can see the dirt marks where the not-so-great working air conditioner has blow over the years. The room has a noticeable unclean or moldy smell and there is water marks and dirt along the walls. Some of the equipment specifically the Peloton has broken parts, the handles to tighten the seat and the handle to tighten the handle bars, without these you cannot safely operate the bike and is impossible to use. The water station in the gym was also empty both days of my stay. On the first day, the receptionist kindly gave me a bottle of water. On the second day, however, I was told, "we don't really fill that," and was directed to go to the breakfast area and use the juice machine instead which felt like a pretty low standard for a hotel. The pool area also has some gaps. After swimming, guests were left with only very small gym-style towels (roughly 1' x 2') to dry off. That's simply not adequate for most adults and creates an uncomfortable experience for guests trying to leave the pool area. I witnessed a larger adult male and his three kids use multiple towels to dry off which is extremely inconvenient In addition to that, the carpeting is worn, has bumps and at minimum should be re stretched or replaced as it is an outdated style, the ice machines are old, there is tape holding the panel on inside the elevator and there's a general lack of upkeep throughout the property is visible. I typically expect a consistent, reliable experience from Hilton properties and as a Diamond member I find it very disappointing as I have chosen Hilton to be my preferred hotel chain.

Her breakfast was yummy and the coffee cake was tasty. They are in the process of trying to sell the Blue Fern and retire, but in the meantime, they gotta keep the lights on, stay here if you're going to Tahlequah. I felt dirty the entire time. Found pieces of hair all over bedding. There were only 2 deflated pillows. Stained sheets here and there on the bed. Bed itself is torn. I did not even change into my pjs. Walls were thin and heard noises all night. Toilet was not fully clean. Fridge still had crumbs in door handle. No microwave. No coffee. I guess it's the saying: you get what you pay for. Damn only if I traveled just a bit further down and pay $20, I'll have a warmer, cleaner place to rest. If I can give a negative ratings; I would.
