The room smelled like stale beer and cigarettes. We had a room with 2 queen beds, and only one person could walk through at a time because the room was so small. In the morning we looked in the air conditioner and it was packed full of stuff... gross. No wonder it stunk in there. Normally on weekends Breakfast goes later, not here, done at 9. The parking lot was nasty. Walls are thin, above us someone was having a good time until 2 am. Definitely not worth the money. I told the front desk this morning and she didn't seem to care. Giving it a 4/ with a reason. Because it works. Staff was friendly. Building could use some help. Rust on handicap shower arm. Fan in bathroom noisy and does it work? They have the basics. It is worth the price. I would stay here again. read more

First of all let me start by saying this hotel is fantastic. We got stranded here during a blizzard and the staff went out of their way to make sure that all of the people staying here where is comfortable as they could be. The room was clean the bed was soft the pillows were fluffy. I even utilized the indoor swimming pool to get some exercise after a long road trip. Big fan of Comfort Inn considering that my family and I travel the US via car, quite often. This stop was no different. Great rates, right off the highway, clean rooms and friendly employees. The worker at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He worked hard to ensure all of our needs were taken care of. Explained all the policies in a quick but understandable manner and was quick to try to keep us happy. Room was cozy, pool is open late, very clean facility, I'd recommend this hotel for a nice, relaxing quick stay while on the road. read more

Had a reservation but ended up driving to Omaha over night so didn't stay & can't comment on the room. However I want to say how helpful the front desk Cale was. I wasn't sure if I was able to cancel at so last minute; it was made the evening before. Cale was both polite and professional. I would stay here again. - clean - pet friendly - hot shower - very nice staff Linda was the lady at the front desk to check me in and she was extremely nice and helpful. Had to stop here because of bad weather on my way back to Los Angeles. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and most have been fine. But Comfort Inn in Lexington Nebraska was not only nice but it was cozy as well. The staff was very kind and helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants and knew which ones were assayable (due to several roads being closed). Rooms are smaller than most hotels but the comfort made up for it. Everything was very clean and even the hallways had a smell that reminded me of home. A lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend if traveling through Nebraska on 80 and need a nice cozy place to stay. read more

We had a group of 10 people as a part field research we were doing. After an awful night at another hotel, we came over to the Comfort Inn in need of a space for a conference call and to at least book rooms for the next night. The lobby staff were MORE than accommodating and not only allowed us a private room for the call but also had our rooms ready to settle in by 11:30! We were given coffee, and drinks, and water and it could not have been more perfect for what we needed after a rough night before. We appreciate the hospitality! read more

Very mixed review. Check in was great! I didn't get his name but very professional, yet personable. The only reason for any stars. He is in the right line of work. The low rating was because of breakfast staff. Terrible "hostess". She was standing talking while food was empty and tables were dirty. Talk and wash empty tables, it's called multitasking. I was at the table in front of her covered in sticky syrup and crumbs. I said to my hubby "I'll find something to wash the table." She did not budge. I got paper towels wet at the sink and proceeded to wash the table while facing her. Still didn't budge. Her conversation was more than you would have with a customer. If it was a friend, how about after hours or when not busy? People were lined up waiting for food to be refilled. When we asked about butter she snapped "it's in there" pointing to the refrigerator. It was imitation not butter. I thought maybe that was out like the food. So I again asked if there was more butter. She snapped again "that's what we have, people don't want to wait for butter to melt". What???? Very poor customer service. Wrong line of work for her. read more

Happy with this hotel especially considering the price. The pool and hot tub are a bit dated and not super clean looking. The kids had plenty of fun though. The room was clean, shower pressure and temp were more than adequate. The Peking lot was well lit and felt safe. We left bikes locked on the bike rack of our car and rain was the only thing that touched them. The staff in particular were very friendly and the breakfast spread was what you'd expect. Nothing special, but a solid safe bet if you're passing through. read more

Had to stay here for 3 nights. Overall a nice hotel, friendly staff, okay breakfast, rooms get HBO, and has an indoor pool. Thee only issue is that I needed to print a grayhound ticket. So I asked the front desk if I could print from their printer. They said that I couldn't so I had to walk to the library (50 minutes walk away) and try they were closed. I ended up asking at a motel down the road. And they were happy to help and save me from missing my bus. read more

This hotel was a great find! We stopped here after a long day driving cross country, and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. There was an indoor pool and hot tub that my kids thoroughly enjoyed after a long day of being in the car. It was very affordable. There was also a hot breakfast that was provided that included a variety of breakfast items. Everyone was happy, and I would recommend choosing this hotel for your stay. read more
