Hello, my name is Alcia and I am a Comfort Dental patient years ago. The reason why I am writing this review is just for one and only person who has been soooo compassionate and kind and gentle and respectful and knowledgeable in the work that she provides to her patients. And her name is Christine. And Christine, if you are reading this review know that you are excellent and perfect. For years I have been a patient there and i have never found a person like you, in the way you provide all the care that your patients need. . May God always be guide like he has been during all these years providing these excellent services to your patients. It is the people like you that makes the world a better place and because of people like you, this place still exists. I appreciate you and I would like for you to always be my nurse/ provider every time I come to Comfort Dental. May God bless you more. Your patient, Alcia read more

I was a patient here before and I needed care recently but I'm out of luck apparently. I've called multiple times and had to speak with their new AI receptionist every time since I guess actual people don't answer the phone anymore and despite leaving a message every time no one has called me back. They say AI is the future of health care but if dealing with these folks is any indication God help us all read more

I went and had a cleaning and some fillings redone. The cleaning was quick and effective. I has some issues with my fillings. Came back and met Donni Miller.. He is a great artist. He redid my concerns and my teeth came out nicely. If getting a filling I highly suggest Donni Miller!!! Tysm for the support, taking your time and getting my smile back together much appreciated!!!! read more

I finally got to attend my new patient appointment that had been rescheduled 3 time via their office. That should have been a sign right there to find a different provider! I had x-rays done and had to ask for the protective cover that's always been provided when getting x-rays since I was a kid. It was that worse dental visit that I've ever encountered. My main purpose for going was to get a cleaning. The girl I had did have a clue what she was doing with cleaning tool and she had my face soaking wet. The actual dentist that claimed he got rid of any stains was full of crap. He could have cared less. I left with the same coffee stain that I came with to cleaned off!!! Will never go back and advise no one else to go if you care about your teeth! read more

There's been this rude guy at the counter for a while. very unprofessional. smacking on gum all in your ear. my dentist was also unpleasant and unprofessional, he didn't walk me thru nothing he was doing. quite literally just stuck a needle in my mouth. no warning , no telling me what it was or nothing. receptionist was probably the worst though. read more

Went there today so very nice really liked the dentist he was so very nice explained everything will defiantly go back there.Got me in quickly read more

Where do I start? I had not been to the dentist in many years because I had such a bad experience with one that had me petrified, they had hurt me so bad that I was in pain for a few days. Well years later I had a tooth break, and it was awfully painful, I attempted to treat the pain at home, but it was hopeless. I finally decided to visit a dentist, and since Comfort Dental was the closest to me and open during times that fit my schedule that was the choice I made. Upon my first visit, the staff was great, very receptive, and engaging. On my first visit they did all my x-rays, then Dr. Taylor explained my options and answered all my questions, she was patient with me and didn't rush me, once my game plan was identified we scheduled. Then on my next visit that is when I was really amazed, I meet Dr. Winnyk, he was so DOPE. He went over what we would be doing, and he also answered all questions I had, he too was very patient with me. I explained to him my fears, and he was very gentle, he has this was of numbing you, so you barely feel anything at all, in fact I have already told him that anytime I need to be numb if he isn't available, I won't be doing it, lol. He made my temporary implant, completed my fillings, and cleaned my teeth, all without a bit of pain. I could not have even imagined a better experience; it was so easy breezy. The entire staff is great, from the front desk to the hygienist, the doctors, and the billing staff, all of them are super friendly, efficient, approachable, and open. I am pleased that I took a chance with them and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, ALL Comfort Dental Whitehall, for being a hidden GEM within the community, you are truly appreciated, Lydia B. read more

Saw them today, and they are as kind & professional, as any outfit I've ever seen. I was in pretty bad shape when I went in, and they ALL treated me so very graciously! Had dental x-rays that didn't hurt for the first time, ever, and they were a delightful distraction from any of my personal concerns, with their kind & caring personalities. So lucky to have found them! Thank you, lovely people! read more

This is a horrible place to get a dental treatment. The facilities are dirty and definitely do not follow the standards to avoid the Covid-19 spread. The workers are not wearing face masks and the cleaning of the equipment is done with one dirty rag. Way to go Comfort Dental! Avoid at all costs! It might be a cheaper place to get your dental work done but it is not worth it! read more

I love this place the dentist are caring and super gente with your teeth they also work with you in payments usually pay half and pay the other half once work is done I went in with a bad toothache and had a root canal done and was not bad at all the dentist was super nice and caring gave me time and not rushed me I'm pain free now and I'm thxful I really recommend this place I been going for 3 years now never had a problem excellent service and super clean and all the workers are friendly read more

This is a great location. I went to another Dentist & they didn't do a good job at all. This location is so convenient for me.

I just came from Comfort Dental and was cared for by Dr. John W. He was pleasant, quick, gental with the cleaning and professional. He even gave me a discount on my cleaning as a house warming gift! Freakin amazing read more

They only get 1 star because I can't give them 0. Such a bad experience. I had dealt with them before and was ok. This last experience I waited a whole year to proceed with the plan that we set forth. The last time I called they said the insurance company never got back with them. I decided to set up a regular cleaning since I was way past due waiting on them anyway. The guy said he would contact the insurance again. I contacted them again right before my appointment to verify everything only to find out that not only had my insurance company not been contacted again but they didn't even have my appointment scheduled. I told the rep I was done dealing with them because I was getting nowhere. She said "OK thanks and have a great day"! Went to Stellar Dentistry for an awesome experience! read more

I am a new patient, seeking a denture repair, or replacement. They have been very poor communicators, as far as getting back with me, or having a live person answering the phones. I am considering going elsewhere for a followup read more

The connection wasn't great with the two men at the desk, and the public restroom was closed. They had no other options for a restroom which they should have since this is a dentists office and at my scheduled time, I had to wait for another 30 minutes behind the counter for them to get me. Took way too long. read more

I went to Comfort Dental yesterday due to excessive tooth pain and in need of an extraction. I've always been pleased with the staff there but yesterday made it a nightmare. I had a young blonde dentist that seemed nice and very professional. They gave me numbing medication which kept wearing off every minutes, I've NEVER had that happen. She proceeded to chip away on the tooth and was digging into nerves that was beyond painful. I started to cry which really made her angry and was told to deal with it because she couldn't give me any more local anesthetic. I am 63 years old and have NEVER been treated with such cruelty. Think twice before calling here... read more

My family dentist does not take my insurance plan, thus I've been looking for a quality dental facility for many years. The receptionist told me about Comfort Dental, so I gave them a call. I am very happy I have finally found a dentist that I trust is doing a good, thorough job on my chompers! Dr. Yee is my Dentist - he has worked at this facility for many years, thus knows what he's doing. I always request Asia to work along side him - I was told she's great, and they're right! Along with having a healthy blend of humor, her dental skills rock! This establishment is located in a strip mall at a busy intersection - easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Several seats in the waiting area, but I've never had to wait more than 5-8 minutes before I'm called back. The chairs and area around always looks clean. They take extra precautions to make sure patients aren't in pain. I had nine cavities filled prier to coming here (at a different facility), and my doctor has had to refill them all. The ladies that run the front if the office are also great! Always have a smile on their face. I absolutely love that they give reminder calls both a few days before the appointment day, and then again on the day of - certainly keeps me on top of things, haha! I most certainly recommend this dental establishment to anyone looking for some "teeth comfort"! read more

After years of not going to the dentist due to anxiety and embarrassment I finally had to visit because of pain. My neighbor recommended comfort dental to me because of how they treated her. First off, it is amazing how fast you can get scheduled here. With so many doctors and staff , I have been able to get in with 1 or 2 days notice. Secondly, they do everything here. In the past i've gone to the dentist only to be referred out to an endontist for the root canal. Not at comfort dental. Ive come in and had a root canal and crown fitting in the same day. Dr. Fife is extremely nice and the staff interact positively with me and each other. All charges and coverage was explained to me by the doctor before he began, unlike some similar practices. I will continue to visit this location even though ive moved farther away. read more

I hear comfort dental i think oxy moron but this truly is comfort dental. I have had several procedures done here including cleanings fillings and a crown. My elderly dad has had a tooth pulled and dentures done and my boyfriend has had a tooth pulled. We are all very happy with the results. They are very reasonable price wise. Hours flexible and walk ins available. Great dentist office and i hate dentists read more

Beware. This place sent me to the emergency room. They don't take there time to do the job right. They would rather pull your tooth than repair it with a root canal. Putting fillings on nerves. Gahanna and Whitehall stores put me through Hell. The only good thing about the place was the numbing agent if they can prevent Putting the needle through the roof of your mouth into your nostril. read more

Comfort Dental- Whitehall. Wonderful experience. Professional, friendly, staff members, working in various degrees of training skills & giving quality care to each patient.WONDERFUL Dr Winnyx, was professional, caring, explained procedures, has a wealth of dentistry knowledge& skills. Dr Winnyx believes perservation of the tooth, for a lifetime. Dr Winnyx also explains his continued aftercare as part of his plan of treatment for each patient. The do's & don't, the medication for pain relief, and or antibiotics needed with a follow up appointment. I AM GLAD TO FIND A CARING DR. I completely recommend Dr Winnyx services at Comfort Dental & you should to. One stop- shop, cleanings, broken tooth, or root canals. read more

I got my wisdom teeth pulled here and everything went fine. It was quick and easy and everyone was really nice. I decided to go back for some fillings and whoever the girl was that did them did an awful job. I had to go somewhere else to get them removed and redone. They were all jagged and cutting the inside of my lips up. read more

I can move my tongue and I have blood cloths on and around it. Comfort Dental purposely hung up on me today. I will be filing complaints with the dental board. Please avoid at all costs. read more

I went to get a tooth pulled and they didn't give anything for the pain, very disappointed I am now feeling worse than what I did when I went in! Will not give another penny to this company! TERRIBLE I shouldn't be feeling this way! Also it's very dirty inside read more

I find this place very concerning. every single person that goes in they tell them that they need a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. Also I suspect that they tell you that you have cavities that need filled that you don't really have. I will get a second opinion and I will update you if my suspicions turn out to be correct. You walk in and when you're called they take you to a selling room where a salesperson comes in with no dental experience and tries to upsell you on everything. At first I didn't understand what was going on, but then I realize they're trying to get the most out of you and your insurance that they can. I came in because my crown fell off, and they put it back on but very poorly. There's a gap between my cap and my gum. I'm going to go back one more time to see if anything can be done to correct this gap. I read an article that said if a dental office runs deals or a lot of advertisements offering free services, they're generally not very good and should be avoided. This is one of those offices read more

Deducted 1 star because there was an issue with my wait being extended without me being notified after I had already been taken into the consultation room, and I wasn't a big fan of being left there for an hour. That's literally the only negative experience I had, though, and I was there with two impacted wisdom teeth and a massive case of anxiety. Parking was easy, and every person I spoke to was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel like information was being hidden from me, or left out, and all of my fears were met with understanding and thorough explanations to help keep me calm and ready to go. Plus Comfort Dental was a good bit cheaper than anywhere else I had checked out and accepted my insurance! Both of my wisdom teeth were extracted cleanly and I've experienced extremely minimal discomfort in the 24 hours following the extraction. In short, I like the place. Everyone treated me well, and gave me proper dental attention. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but if I do, I'll do it confidently read more

I had a very nice consultation and evaluation at Comfort dental. There is plenty of parking for anyone with any needs. it was a very clean establishment with very nice and respectful people working there. they have all of the new type of equipment . you can even see your xrays on a LED TV screen so the consultation goes much smoother and way faster than the old school way. I really enjoyed my visit and I will definitely go back. I would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family. read more

My husband and I switched Insurance Plans and were looking for a new dental office close to our home in Canal Winchester. We found Comfort Dental, and in my 29 years, it's the best dental office I've been to hands down. I've always had at least one negative dental experience with my former two offices (both suburban offices). Comfort Dental staff was cordial, respectful, friendly (EVERYONE always smiling) and agreed to see us within 1 week of our initial phone call. Additionally, the office was clean, well staffed, and equipped with newer technology. On my second visit, I called to advise that I was running 15 minutes late, and they were flexible and didn't make a huge deal of it. As for the work done: I had 2 cavities, and from the beginning to the end Dr. Winnyk and his associates informed me every step of the way what they were doing and why they were doing it. The fillings they applied were professionally done and they spent EXTRA time going over their work to ensure that their was no room for error or future pain. I was confident that my pain wouldn't last beyond that day; and it didn't, compared to previous doctors. Dr. Winnyk was amazing at making me feel like I was his only patient even though it was clear the office was pretty busy. The icing on the cake was that I received a reminder call before hand, and a follow up call directly from Dr. Winnyk the following day to ensure my mouth was healed properly. Excellent! I would recommend this particular Comfort Dental office without hesitation and look forward to future visits. read more

I came here for a root canal. The dental assistant was consistently aggressive even after I told her to calm down. The dentist rushed through the procedure and didn't take his time. They kept splattering water in my face and just were not respectful. The Dublin location is much better if you want to stick with comfort dental. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Dental. Today I had my upper teeth pulled out. I have had teeth pulled before elsewhere, and it was pretty painful- so I was anxious today. But the dentist and her technician were AWESOME! Not only were they truly kind, explained the process to me prior to the procedure- and they were very alert to my comfort level. I always dreaded the numbing of the gums, but they have a process that is gentle and distracts you when injecting the medication. It was painless! Every staff member in that office is polite, professional, and patient focused. I would refer anyone to this office for their dental needs. read more

Amazing experience! My mouth doesn't numb very well and this is the 3rd dentist that I have tried. Everyone was understanding and worked with me to calm my nerves. I went in and didn't feel a thing! I typically hate going to the dentist because of past horrible experiences, but I would recommend this office to everyone! I was very pleasantly surprised! read more
