A vacation mishap produced a cracked bridge along with discomfort and apprehension. Returning home hoping to get a dental appointment on such short notice would be iffy. But, not with Dr. Bo (Bogopane) at Comfort Dental on Coors. He made sure to fit me into his busy schedule. Unusually nervous at the next appointment (really for no reason because Dr. Bo is always comforting. His assistant, Chelsy was kind, knowledgeable and patient as she explained each step of her care. Both, Dr. Bo and Chelsy performed a tedious and lengthy treatment with special care. At 75 yrs old, I can say that I have found Dr. Bo to be the best Dentist I have ever had. I scheduled to see an orthodontist at 12:00. I was there at 11:25 and it is past 12:25 and they still haven't called me. At 11:20 I addressed the issue and they just stood there as they were buying fruits from a Mexican guy. It is now 12:30 and I still haven't been called so I walked out. I don't even know how they have people coming in for their braces. People that came after me were been called. read more

After a few more visits and a talk with my dentist, Dr. Nielson, I've decided to update my review. All my comments were taken seriously and made me feel heard as a patient. This place likes to lie. I went in for some work and was advised that everything was being sent on time so that they may take care of what I needed. After one week I did not hear anything, so I called and they stated that all the paper work was sent. I was assured that it was. Well, when I called today a week after because I did not hear anything once again. I was told that the dentist was on vacation and that it will be sent today. WTH! Really! Two weeks of waiting and they say something different then the first time I called. Pathetic attempt for customer service. Lying should not be part of it. Not worth going to this place at all. I previously left a 5 star review in order to get a free whitening sample (in retrospect that is pretty unethical of them). I hadn't had a cavity or anything since I was a kid and the first time I came in he said I needed 3 fillings so I got them. 6 months later he says I need two fillings and a crown! So I got a second opinion and did not need any fillings at all. This dentist should be reported. read more

Had the need to have a root canal preformed and was most pleased with the quality, professionalism, friendly staff and pain-free procedure I have ever experienced in a dental office. Going to the dentist office has never been one of my favorite thing to do and I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past, but Dr. Bogopane was friendly and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease with his easy going manner and this is not to be confused with his professionalism and ability to preform a complex root canal which involved small canals and going through an existing crown. With their Gold Plan I paid in the mid $500 range out of pocket with no insurance. Others would have charged upwards in the $1,000 range. I would highly recommend Dr. Bogopane. read more

I rarely make a review but this place customer service and the way they handled me was so ridiculous I have to make a review. After showing up 20 minutes early to complete paperwork I still had to wait in the lobby for another half hour. Which I understand most businesses are busy but it was 9:00 in the morning and there was two patients in the entire building ahead of me. I had to get to work so I told the receptionist cancel my appointment no longer interested. So now I'm on my way to work and I receive a missed call from the dentist office thinking maybe I forgot my wallet or paperwork I called back asking the receptionist what is the problem she refuses to answer any questions and tells me I need to talk to the doctor. At this point in time I could care less about this business and the doctor I just no longer want to waste my time I waited 3 days because I have a cavity issue. I'm attempting to be there at first thing in the morning because I'm in severe pain. But the doctor nor any staff in the entire place seem to care. I'm unsure why the entire service from the doctor down was completely horrific maybe it was a Monday and everybody was tired and hungover. But I simply believe that I should be able to be placed in a chair within 40 minutes of being in the lobby. There's absolutely no reason to have someone waiting in the lobby at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday morning unless you're extremely busy. Dr. Nichols has taken care of my two children under the age of 5. One of who REALLY dislikes going to the dentist. Dr. Nichols is OUTSTANDING and was great and following up with my daughter post oral surgery. If you're looking for a great pediatric dentist, this is your guy. I got referrals from family and friends, but every dentist I called was closed on Friday, except for Comfort Dental. Although they were booked solid on Friday, I got an appointment for Saturday 8:00 a.am. I saw Dr. Lighthall. After he examined my tooth he gave me a few options. I decided to have the tooth extracted. I returned one week later for a follow up visit to ensure everything was as it should be (healing, no infection, etc) and it was. I was in and out. We were pretty annoyed when the insurance plan insisted that we change Dentists, especially since our Dentist was so close. However, we love Comfort Dental. They got us in immediately. The Dentist, Dr. Bo interviewed us to find out our needs and really listened to us. He also does not push unnecessary work (I know that is a relative term for some providers. Our previous Dentist had us coming in four times a year for a while until I resisted. I don't want any more work that necessary to keep my mouth healthy. I am 70 and, so, remember dental work when it was painful.) The staff is very friendly and helpful. I just appreciate that they aren't trying to have us come in more than truly necessary, especially since I read an article in The Atlantic Magazine which suggests that once a year is all we need.
