This home needed a good cleaning, so I had done some research and found a locally owned business that was recommended. Well let me just say, I would never recommend this service to anyone. We did a walk thru of the home in order to get our estimate of $850. We had set up a day and time for the cleaning, which was not followed. They showed up 2.5 hours late the day we had agreed on and only stayed for 1.5 hours to clean, when I was told it would be a 4-6 hour job. They then needed to come to the home again the following day, so I had to rearrange my schedule for moving. I had very specific needs and none of them were met.. I needed the kitchen and both bathrooms deep cleaned for the move in, as well as all of the trim, doors, window trimming and spot cleaning of the walls (because the ceilings are 12 ft high). What I came home to was honestly appalling to me.. they didn't complete one full room in a 4 bd, 2 ba home. They didn't even attempt to spot clean the walls, nor did they clean anywhere above eye level. I came back to dust, cobwebs and dead bugs still in my window sills. Since I told them I was not satisfied with their work, they have acted completely unprofessional and no longer engage with me, just simply said they would send me the bill. Squeaky Fin's Cleaning Co.
