Also... edited: the one request we had on the very first day was for one specific medication and we had documentation for why it was necessary. They assured us it would be readily available, no problem. But when the time inevitably came? They unilaterally decided the cost was too much and gave us the specific medication we had said did not work at all. They didn't even bother to call and ask if we would be willing to pay for it out of pocket. We absolutely would have, it was $100 for my dad's last greatest fear of pain at the end. So they decided on their own that his comfort in passing was not worth $100. This should be criminal. And I know none of their actual caregivers would have chosen that decision in a million years. But please, for the sake of your loved ones, go with a different agency.

Now my understanding is that you are in home care therapy temporarily until people can get up walking again. So she was walking two weeks ago even after her stroke. And you don't care for people like that? That's a bunch of BS... And I don't want you in my home or near my mother. How fr##king pathetic. You didn't want to work with me trying to take care of my mother at home and didn't even try. It's partially your fault for her decline. Your RN changed dates twice... No pt even after order was signed and no ot even scheduled you guys are part of the problem with the health care system in our country! Might as well live in Russia.
