The instructor, Juliana, and her assistant made it a truly enjoyable experience and I more than fulfilled my personal goals. I learnt the background to screen printing, the different materials and techniques of printing used and although we wouldn't be using many of these techniques on the day it has given me the information to move forward if I want. We were introduced to the material and equipment and each piece was explained and importantly we were told what to check before starting and the common problems encountered. Then we got down to it making a stencil and using that to print onto a piece of material. Given assistance throughout the process and everyone got an opportunity to try this multiple times. This was a great couple of hours and previous to attending I knew nothing of the process and now I am having a try and experimenting at home. If you're looking for a good afternoon and to learn about how to screen print then I cannot recommend this highly enough. If you want to know more than you are doing I can only recommend that you ask. I did on the day and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to help, even after the event. There was cake as promised and there was tea but unfortunately no milk. We were offered Peppermint Tea or Black Tea or if anyone really wanted milky tea Juliana was willing to go and get some. A lack of milk at that exact time was the only thing bad thing I can say about this experience so if that really bothers you I suggest arriving early and checking they have the beverage of your choice.

Kalpesh, the person I was working with on a rather simple job, was completely unresponsive to several of my important questions. He went ahead and did the work anyway. While I noticed the the etching was high quality, he placed the image of the artwork right under an ugly manufacturing stamp. He could NOT have picked a worse place for the artwork to go. When I asked him about that ugly manufacturing stamp, he became hostile and demanded payment immediately. It gets even worse. Then I caught him in a lie. And when I confronted him about his lie, he became completely belligerent. Kalpesh has no kindness or generosity of spirit, and absolutely no sense of good business practices. He works in a completely uncollaborative way. He seemed a hell of a lot more concerned with getting paid than doing doing high quality work and offering high quality service.
