The only complaint I have are the hours they are open (typical work hours that conflicted with my own work hours and not open on weekend and having difficulty getting in contact with him in the beginning.) UPDATE: took in a pair of jeans to be shortened and was told they would be completed by the next week... called the next week and was unable to get a hold of anyone. My boyfriend went by the shop and a sign was posted that the business would be closed that entire week. We attempted to call the day after they said they would return and all calls went straight to voicemail. We moved an hour and a half away the week after we were told my jeans would be ready, which means we will have to drive back to get my jeans whenever we get confirmation that they are ready - huge inconvenience and not very professional for a business. After reaching Chappy's (at the phone number provided to me by the previous YELP reviewer), he saw me the next day for a fitting and had both pairs altered the following day. I could tell by his assurance while fitting me that he knew what he was doing, but I was unprepared for the absolute invisible nature of his work. It was beautiful! She made me the most beautiful tshirt quilt. She was so understanding to my preferences and she accommodated all of them even if it meant more work for her.
