The lady said we picked up early, which we didn't, we called and showed up AFTER the time they said. She said they didn't have our phone number but the guy took my wife's name and number down when she dropped it off. I suppose I should have checked everything before hand but didn't want to take it out of the plastic, assuming they did their job. My mistake. Seems to me, like a lot of places these days, they like to blame the customer instead of admitting and taking responsibility for THEIR mistakes.

Lots and lots of Dexter washers, all front loaders, multiple capacities: Newer Machines: 8 loader: $8.00 6 loader: $6.00 4 loader: $5.00 3 loader: $4.00 2 loader: $2.50 Much older machines: 2 loader: $2.25-$2.75 depending on settings chosen My laundry (from newer machines) came out clean & fresh. Dexter driers, all large capacity, require $0.25 for every 5 minutes. Driers required 8 cycles on HIGH to dry my heavy jeans and towels, 4 cycles on MED to dry my light weight fabrics. Temperature settings ran a little cooler than expected; but, for me, cooler is better than burning hot. Cons: No attendant, no deep sink, no laundry products in dispenser, no drinks or snacks machines. A/C not keeping area cool. Spooky empty (four other laundresses off and on in AM.) One change machine looks as if it might work (it turns out it does); a second looks like it won't work. Restroom is not clean and has no hot water, no toilet paper, no hand soap, no paper towels, and no door lock. Would I recommend? Not if I can find a better alternative in Nacogdoches.
