There's so many cars and people everywhere and the cars are even blocking them while roads crossing Woodward. There's a little bit of a wait here for the ATM machine. The bank close at 2 PM today. Although there's only one ATM machine here in the driveway, it's moving along fairly quickly. I never realize that there was a limit of cash and checks that you could deposit at once. It's put back one of the checks and I had to deposit the first group and deposit the single check on his phone after the first transaction.

I talked to the representative via phone and he verified everything and said he could not waive the fee and suggested I go to the branch. I asked the representative at the branch and was told they could not waive the fee. I asked him to call the mortgage department which he did with the same results. I requested someone higher in the organisation, and was connected to a supervisor, who only echoed everyone else. For a $20.00 fee they lost me as a future customer and didn't seem to care. I will not deal with 5/3 in the future and will advise all my friends and associates the same.

I use a bank account for two reasons to deposit my social security disability check and to pay credit card bills. That's it. And every single month they are literally stealing money from me. I've been to this location a few times - it's the closest MSUFCU to my home. It's designed a little…read morebit differently than other branches and uses sit-down banking because they figure you'd use the drive-up or ATM if you wanted an impersonal experience. The drive-up ATM is a different interface than I've seen before and took a minute to get used to, but it has nice features like not needing a multiple of $20 for your withdrawal. The banking feature to cash a check was a little slower than I expected but the virtual teller was helpful and pleasant. The trickiest part was getting my ID into the slot for verification, as it doesn't exactly slide as usual. Overall, I highly recommend banking with MSUFCU- they have competitive interest rates and their online banking app is solid, and they're expanding their branches in a thoughtful way. (Also 7-11 ATMs are in-network along with most other credit unions.)
