It the house restaurant for the Hotel Luna. Overall it good. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options, especially meats - - bacon, ham, tocino, corned beef, tapa, & dried fish. It even has an egg station - - they were even kind enough to crisp my bacon for me!!!
One night, we tried their bibingka & hot chocolate special - - the hot chocolate is very strong, so ask for some milk if it too strong. The bibingka is very good. At around 125 pesos, it's not bad.
We actually liked their merienda best. They have a merienda of Pancit & Lumpiang Shanghai that I got one afternoon that was a knockout - - order it; it's delicious & filling. My wife had Palabok & Lumpiang Gulay - - she loved it. We also had their leche flan - - maybe the best I've had in the Philippines in the 35 years I've been coming here. My wife tried their Halo-Halo; they offered it to her with vanilla ice cream because they had no ube ice cream. I tried it, vanilla worked out just fine - - tasty.
The staff is very helpful.
