I was referred to Limestone Investments by Leavitt Eviction Services (they're 10 stars as well), and hiring Jim as my property manager was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had a very difficult tenant situation. Jim handled everything -- the filings, the court process, the heavy lifting -- and I'm in the legal field, so I know how much work that truly is. He made being a landlord easy. After the eviction, Jim's crew stepped in and transformed the property. They repaired everything, installed new floors, repainted, and cleaned the yard better than I've ever seen it. Absolutely amazing work. Through the entire process, I felt 110% supported. Jim is knowledgeable, efficient, fair, and genuinely cares. He's also funny, which helps lighten the load when things get stressful. He's a respected veteran, an integral part of the Vegas Valley, and he doesn't waste time -- he simply gets things done. His team was outstanding as well. They investigated issues, collected evidence, stayed in constant communication, and made sure I always knew what was happening. I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

    Worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They took over a lease I had been living in…read morefor 8+ years. I was renting directly from the homeowner and we had a phenomenal relationship before this awful company took over. Once they took over. Nothing got done regarding any repairs. I had a whole in my wall for 6 months after a plumbing repair in the master. They also raised the rent $400 the first time and another few hundred upon the second year (directly after the pandemic in which I paid all the way through the pandemic without missing once). I decided to move out because of how horrible key property management was. We went our separate ways and all of a sudden I'm being contacted by a collection agency saying I owe $6k on top of the fact they never returned my security deposit. I never received ANYTHING from key stating what the charges were or what it was for or how I could dispute it. BEWARE!!! Very very poorly run and clearly they operate in a shady manner. Rather than a phone call or something to reach me to discuss any charges, they just stay silent then send you to collections. The house was left in better condition that I originally rented it in and I just found all my pictures/texts and documents proving all of it. I'm pretty excited now. I take that back, I am VERY excited for the future. DO NOT USE KEY PROPERTY MISMANAGEMENT!!! Unless you want to have minor repairs take 6+ months, poor communication from the office and to be charged a bunch of charges and never be told until you see a collection agency calling to tell me that I not only don't get my security deposit but that I owe $6k for a house that was a forclosure with nothing done to it, when I moved in......     I was selling a home and the Buyers realtor choose, WFG Title-- which was a huge mistake…read more Instructions were not followed by the Escrow officer, Camille Paris, and despite me believing that EMD was collected because I received an Escrow number -- she failed to ever collect it or inform me of there being none. Instead, the transaction was continued through out, I was instructed to pay for closing HOA docs, signed papers, moved across country, and only to be left with $0 and enormous costs. The escrow officer allowed the buyer to just do one wire at closing (which never showed), hence changing the terms of Purchase Agreement without my approval. I wasted precious summer selling time. WFG, likely a billion dollar company, wouldn't even refund the EMD until I filed a complaint with the State of Nevada. Now they want me to sign papers to not hold them liable before they give me the Earnest Money that was suppose to be there. Mickie Salgado, the Vice President of NV ops, told me 7 days after failed closing that I should have been notified about no EMD & that my buyer was fraud from a prior week closing. Look elsewhere for your services. I strongly recommend to avoid WFG!!! You have no protection unless you choose to hire a lawyer and go through a costly lawsuit.

Even after finishing, the document had to be updated. Let's start at the beginning. My first interaction with them was a phone call from a number unrelated to their office, calling to ask for my social. The person didn't introduce themselves nor explain why this was necessary. I told her I was not comfortable with providing her with that information and hung up. I emailed my contact thus far (Hilda) asking her if that was someone from her office. She said yes, her assistant was calling from a back line. Then I asked why they needed my social. Apparently it was for a closing statement from my bank, which I could get for them, without having to give them my SSN. This was a HUGE red flag for me, given that they didn't NEED my social but were requesting it anyway, in such an unprofessional way. It makes me think they wouldn't be handling that information in a very secure way. Second, they couldn't make their website work for my HOA & Escrow documents. They tried to make me pay an expedite fee because of their issues and wouldn't remove the fee. At this point I stopped dealing with them altogether and asked my realtor to handle all future contact. Finally, they removed the fee (after making the entire transaction so delayed it put me out of contract). NIGHTMARE. Luckily, we had good rapport with the buyer and the deal didn't get canceled. I do not recommend these people nor will I ever use them again. At best they are not worth the money, at worse they might put you out of contract and lose you the deal, and even possibly worse, they won't hold your personal information securely.
