I was looking to build our retirement home in order to take advantage of the beauty of the hills as well as the reasonable taxes. One day, I Inquired about a property for sale, and met Matt and Sheila. They learned about what we were looking for, and made suggestions for land that met our requirements. They were very patient as we worked through Covid and escalating prices. Months turned into a couple of years. Other agents would have written me off, but Sheila was professional and engaged throughout the entire transaction. Would I trust Sheila and Matt to advise me on a real estate transaction in the future? Absolutely. Highly Recommended.
