I had an appointment scheduled for over a year to get my birth control implant removed. When I…read morearrived, I was almost refused to be seen because I owed a balance, which was news to me, when I asked why I didn't get a bill for said balance, I was told that I was sent one every month and that I was also sent a message in the portal, which I've never used. They would not remove my birth control implant because it was a matter of insurance, even after it was scheduled a year out. I was in tears, and still nothing. I left with an implant that's expired still in my arm, in complete embarrassment. After getting home and figuring out the portal, they HAD MY ADDRESS WRONG, which is why I had an outstanding balance, that I was unaware of and also why, IMO, my appointment was a complete waste of my time. Do not recommend! Will never recommend! If I could give zero stars, I would!
