They sent out a gentleman who puttied the bottoms. this has been impossible to keep clean as well as not nice to sit on in the tub. I have also replaced the hard floor and carpeting both were said to be warranted for several years, the builder said it was a manufactured issue, the manufacturer said it was an installation issue. which left me paying for new flooring within 4 years as the carpet was coming apart at the seams. the kitchen cupboard are falling apart as well. Would recommend anyone thinking of building to go a different route. NOT worth it!!!
