My 4th and last baby started Pre K this week. I literally can't thank the staff enough for all the work they put into my baby she is so smart and it doesn't go unnoticed by anyone she comes in contact with. She is the boss baby! She has been there since 5 months and I've never had an issue. Staff is very attentive and keeps me updated on her thru out the day and when I drop her off and pick her up. She is my 4th child to go to this center. My oldest is 18 and went there when he was 3 months until he aged out. I love the staff and the memories my babies have made. Thank you COLTON KINDERCARE! Unprofessional. Teachers will ask parents to bring food . Unwelcoming . Won't greet you or acknowledge you during drop off . Teachers scream at the toddlers . Classroom today was filthy . Sticky surfaces, dirty floors kids crying on the dirty floor and being ignored . Food on the floor from days prior. Janitor is on vacation supposedly and none of the staff care enough to keep the room clean for the kids . Director Kristen is rude and gossips with and about her staff . Any time you voice concerns she gets defensive and talks over you . I am going without child care so my daughter doesn't have to return to this school . read more

Too bad I can't leave zero stars, but why schedule a tour and all of a sudden reschedule us? If they knew there staff was going on vacation, why did they make us waste our time. Such a lame excuse, we're really upset but anyway maybe it's for the best. Can't seem to get there schedules organized so what makes you think they'll properly care for children. read more

Kristen G. is the director of this school and I have had a wonderful experience with her and staff on a day in day out basis. The staff are very patient with the students and are transparent with any incidents that may occur. We started our two kids at KinderCare Colton just after the closure of the Grand Terrace Childcare Center in 2018. At the time our son was 5 and my daughter 4 (now 7 and 6 respectively). We love the teaching and director staff there. Even when problems arise, as they inevitably will anywhere, the director is quick to address and work towards a resolution. She is very communicative and friendly, but also willing to have the difficult conversations with parents, if needed. They provide transportation to/from local schools in the area (a big help for us as working parents) and homework time after school. Prior to COVID in March 2019, we had our daughter enrolled in the private kindergarten program and, although she wasn't able to finish because of the pandemic, she learned key fundamentals that have really helped her in the traditional public school kindergarten (distance learning) she's in now. My review is a 4-star for the simple fact that it's still a corporate business and is unfortunately run (by corporate) as such, meaning it's not cheap and there's typically a rate increase each year. But all things considered, you also get what you pay for and that's not always worth negotiating when it comes to your children. I have never felt my kids were unsafe or at risk, which is at the top of the list for me! Overall we have enjoyed our time at KinderCare: we also appreciate that it's local to our home and nearby the kids' school. read more

This learning center is amazing. My son entered the program at 6 months and i was so nervous leaving my son to go to work with people i didnt know. But within the first week they showed so much care to him. They have creative activities. If I have a concern they address it immediately. This place is HORRIBLE!!! The lady who runs the place is very rude. I pay for my son to go there and she came out with a big attitude and told me that I couldn't drop him off after Noon something that I wasn't ever aware of. Now I'm pissed. This is the third incident with that lady and I'm on the phone trying to find a new daycare now. read more

Worst place ever!! When we left this place they said we paid all of our fees and now eight months later they say we owe them for two days. WTF! Why does it take months later for them to change their story. Dont take your kids there unless you want them to come after you after you leave for money that you supposedly owe!!!! read more

The Teachers here at this Kindercare are amazing, my grandbaby loves the infant teacher Ms. Marina and Ms. Letty. Ms. Letty is an angel! I am just not amazed with the director. I have caught and heard the director on numerous occasions speaking very unprofessionally about her staff. Laughing about them and talking very ill about them to OTHER PARENTS!!! I'm just not sure if this is the type of environment I would like my grandbaby in. If this is what she thinks of her staff who she chose to be part of her center, I can only imagine what she says about the parents. read more

I have two children that come to this school, I have a 3 yrs of and a 5 yr old. My five year old is in kindergarten class and he loves it he loves the teacher and his friends. You see him coming home each day learning something new. He's begining to learn how to read and it's all thaks to his teacher, my 3 yrs old is in another class and she has 2 of the best teachers in the school. She learns so much everyday new songs, days of the weeks, sign language, colors, you name it they teach it to her. I do wish she brought more creative things home but I know she learns and she has fun because my kids are sad when it's the weekend and there is no shool. Both of our kids attend this daycare. Couldn't of ask for better staff. They are on point with the kids education. Two thumbs up . The director Kristen is good at her job.
