I learned that none of the after market piercings would have the length that tattoo artists order…read moreand use. My piercer Jesse hooked me up with a AB stone that provides a comfortable length just as the stud he initially put in as my nostril is thicker. No need for me to look elsewhere other than a tattoo/piercing shop!!! On a different note, I vented about how I had to wait for his shop to open and had called twice before leaving that side of town. Jesse is so calm. I declare! He says very politely that Panda took too long with his food and that he works alone on Wednesdays. But what does he do? He just turns right around and discounts my nose jewelry. He also says he can order my jewelry for me. He is an awesome person. Had he not done that, I still would say the same thing. He is incredible.

I visited Dillard's Barbershop the 1st week of Dec 2021 for a haircut, as a walk-in…read more I waited about 35 minutes as several people were ahead of me. While waiting, there was great banter and conversation going on with everyone, and it felt more like a family get together than waiting for a haircut. I gave the barber discretion and asked him to cut it any way he liked. My uncle owned a shop for more than 50 years and when he was allowed to be creative with a customer it was usually his best work. It all grows back and I am up for creativity. The haircut turned out great and I was very pleased with it. Payment accepted: Cash only. Robins Financial Credit Union is right out the front door and you can grab cash from the ATM if needed.

Date of visit: Sept 07, 2021, 10:55 am…read more This was my first visit to City Barber Shop. We recently moved to Forsyth, GA and it was very much time to get a haircut. I had heard of this shop from others in my neighborhood. I arrived and signed in. The wait was about 10-12 minutes. No other customers were waiting. Two individuals were receiving hair cuts. The barber shop is in the heart of the city of Forsyth. Most of the building in the downtown area were built very very long ago and this was no exception. While I waited I admired the craftsmanship of the original bricks peeping through sections of the wall as decoration. The wood ceilings, the actual plaster vs drywall, wood framed boards for advertising or announcement. Some very old barber chairs were being used. This added to the overall ambience of the small town barber shop feel. Teri cut my hair. To describe Teri as having extreme attention to detail, and mastering her profession is an understatement. I can't say I have ever had anyone else cut my hair in such a 3-D visualized manner except my uncle. My uncle and aunt ran a hair salon center for over 50 years. My uncle was a 2nd generation hair salon owner. I very much appreciate finding such a wonderful shop so quickly, and I'll definitely be back.

I'm having to get another stylist in another town to fix it. I didn't notice until I got home how bad it was because it was wet. Once I gave him a bath to get the hair off of him I started seeing all the uneven layers, and choppiness. If they don't do kids she should've said so. If she couldn't do that cut, she should've said so. I'm so upset with his hair and I'm sure it will have to be cut super short now.

They asked what I wanted and I showed them a picture of an actual tattoo...a hexagon geometric wrap around the forarm...all black work. I was told no problem but couldn't get it that day and I would have to pay a deposit and make an appointment. a day before my appointment, Mike the artist texted saying that the piece I wanted wouldnt work because my arm is "tapered".... I replyed back saying let's just do a solid band and I will think about the rest...fast forward...he tried to freehand the tat getting advice from another artist in the studio...they used a folded paper towel to mark dots... the band is different widths all the way around. I talked to the shop owner Steve and he said.."yeah those are hard to do".... If the piece was beyond their capabilities, they should of been honest upfront BEFORE taking my deposit. This piece will have to be repaired...as I have no choice but to walk around with visible trash work.
