Western Stone & Tile

Bruce was fantastic, incredibly knowledgable, knew which brand my stone tiles were and unfortunately they were no longer available. Helped my find a solution using stone from their yard, walked me through the install process and best way to go, and gave me the stone free of charge. Great people and I would recommend them very highly

I want to start off by saying Bruce is an amazing business owner!!! I contacted them in need of…read moresome brick for my woodfired oven. After talking to Bruce on the phone I decided to go down to the store and see what he had to offer. Once I arrive to the store I was happily greeted by Bruce and Amber. Bruce walked me through all the different types of bricks and styles that were available in the category I was looking for. After I decided on a certain size and style Bruce made it very easy for me to select how much I needed and gave me a very fair price. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service and with The product I received. Bruce was also very educational on what style mortar I should use and other resources I can look into when repairing my woodfired oven. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy tile or brick and not really knowing which direction to go or what styles are available. Their availability and pricing are unmatched. Definitely would recommend this to all my friends and family and anyone I know in the market for tile in brick.

Stone Law - Andrew is the owner and attorney.

Andrew took the time to listen to my complex situation involving business ownership, prior trusts,…read moreretirement funds, and complicated family matters. The result was a comprehensive estate planning package, multiple trusts, asset transfers into trusts, beneficiary adjustments, etc. He kept me informed throughout the process and delivered exactly what I needed. I had it reviewed by my tax accountant and my financial advisor and they commented "wow the most comprehensive" they have seen. The office staff is always cheerful and helpful as well. Pleasure to do business with and I don't really love working with attorneys. Strongly recommend.

Created trusts for my parents. Andrew is not a great communicator and was not available for later…read morequestions. He did not explain in detail why monies should be moved to various accounts and exactly when. As a result, medicaid and tax look back periods were missed and the folks ended up paying more in taxes than they should, and missed deadlines when the law changed on look back periods. When he created the trusts he copied one document to the other and didn't correct all the name and beneficiary changes. I had to review the documents in his office and found all the errors. He blamed it on his staff, but that is shoddy. He's not cheap! We ended up finding out all the flaws to the trusts on our own because he was not available for follow up consultation. He's perfectly intelligent, but the way he explains things to a novice is too fast and without the context needed for comprehension. There was no attendant documentation to help us through the process either, which seems like it could have been created for many of his clients without having to be customized.

Sprague Structural Solutions - Concrete patio cracked due to settlement of the slab. The patio became uneven and a trip hazard.

We are very satisfied with the entire process to protect our new home's concrete garage, driveway…read moreand sidewalks. Moving from Las Vegas, NV to Loveland, CO, our realtor strongly recommended getting our garage and driveway's concrete sealed and protected from the snow and winters (which we were told to expect to be quite cold!) because the Magnesium Chloride used in the snow melt out here actually eats away at any concrete whenever it melts from the underside of your minivans and pools, sits and evaporates on the concrete surface. So I began the process of researching concrete treatment thinking I'd try to DIY it myself first. However I quickly discovered that it just isn't that easy and that professionals use tools such as an electric caulking gun that applies consistent compound without a complete mess - which was my first result. I calculated that it is a worthwhile investment that would prevent inevitable damage if left untreated. So I researched online, selected the best reviewed businesses and scheduled interviews with quotes. Sprague Structural Solutions was the only one that seemed like a real reputable business. The other two were more one-man businesses who also did other projects, operating out of their truck on their cell with no other employees. For us and our investment, we wanted to really hire the best just in case we had any issues in the future. Although Sprague Structural Solutions happened to be the most expensive, I felt most comfortable that they would do the job correctly - and only one time needed to do it. They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way.

AMC Stone & Cabinets

Sin (the manager) is one of the most helpful (and knowledgeable on cabinets) people I've worked…read morewith before. We did a full kitchen remodel ourselves and he was super patient with us. I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

AMC is the most cost effective place we found for quartz counter tops in our kitchen and bathroom,…read moreand the quality was top notch. They sell prefabs which helped us save money instead of buying full slabs for everything. Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. They came to the house and measured and was very consultative, and eventually they came out and installed. The entire process was quick, easy, and we're very happy with our results! Highly recommend.
