Late in 2025 I needed to set up a trust fund and after speaking to several lawyers I was very…read moreimpressed by Kristin as she took the time to ask me questions about my needs and seemed to take a genuine interest in my situation. Kristin works with Sarah Morris and both of them are very knowledgeable when it comes to setting up a trust, a will and all the other elements involved with having the documents I needed set up correctly. It was a complicated process. Now, I have a revocable trust, a will, medical POA as well as other documents that are legally binding to carry my assets forward to my family as the time of my death. Her pricing was very reasonable and she even gave me a discount at the end of the process. Both Kristin and Sarah are excellent communicators and were easy to work with. I highly recommend Life & Legacy Planning, Ltd if you need to establish a trust fund. Michael Bono

Then I might get an e-mail 'next week' after the attorney decided I'm awarded the privilege of being their paying customer (I have no say in this decision apparently). Then I could click on a link to schedule a paid meeting with the attorney. I would not get the chance to actually interview the firm or the lawyer before agreeing to hire and pay them. Seems like a very impersonal one way street. The prospective client has little say in this sales process. Luckily, I have this secret tool called 'Google' - there seem to be thousands of estate planning attorneys ~Denver.
