He had arrived with a new disposal in case that was the option I wanted which I did. The installation was completed in a very timely manner, suggestions for care were given, guarantees were discussed. He cleaned up all water and debris, took the old disposal with him. Well little we know when investigation went deeper Noah discovered complete rotten floors in our kitchen they had to completely cut out a good 8' section the floor literally crumpled to the touch.
