Still have not received a follow up. After not receiving communication I will have to get a referral for an MRI from another doctor

The doctors are very good, but the receptionist never answers her phone and never responds to voice mail.

When I told them I would be out of town on the future date, they said "that is not their problem". Today, after the rescheduled meeting, that I took time off of work to attend, I was told the doctor was 'in a meeting" and would call me back in two hours. I am only giving two stars in case some algorithm tries some kind of ranked outlier score. This place is TERRIBLE.

When…read moremy mom was in rehab , even the nurses and doctors there were surprised how uncooperative and 'indifferent' his office was in respect to a deteriorating patient. They would not return calls, offer any true treatment guidance or admit that they didn't have the answers and pass us on to someone who might. I'll never forget going to an appointment with her where I told Dr. Wolf that I was concerned about her health and asked him if he recommended I contact the mayo clinic for their opinion- his response was that he 'doesn't think it's that complicated' - my mom died less than two months later. No one even bothered to offer condolences after she passed away. I would not recommend any other family put their trust in this doctor! He simply appears uninterested in his patients. Every day I wonder if my dad, son and I could have had more time with my mom if only I had selected a doctor who actually gave a damn. This will haunt me for a long time.

Care quality-not good. And not helpful for concussions or concussion recovery at all. I only was…read moreever seen my a student/resident and when the supervising doctor would stop in after the appointment she was somehow worse and less helpful. Appointments weren't poignant, and the issue I went in for never got addressed and it was like I was pulling teeth just to get them to refer me to a specialist that could help or do something. Waste of time. After those doctors I tried a different doctor in the practice who was a seizure specialist and a foreigner (relevant for identification purposes, because I don't remember his name): he was great but I don't have seizures LOL. So it was pointless. Ya that whole venture to this clinic was pointless/a waste of time.

If you are new to any neurological condition, I would avoid Blue Sky. I've been a patient for…read morealmost two years since I was diagnosed. 1. Never expect a call back. They will not call back no matter how many times you call. 2. They do not schedule or send reminders or tell you when you should be getting MRIs. Essentially they have no patient plan for new patients and will not check in or tell you next steps after your MRI read with the doctor. 3. They messed up my prescription and it took almost a month to get them to call in the prescription. I even physically went into the office and they still didn't do it when they said they would. 4. The office staff is awful. They act annoyed that your there and they have total attitude when you bring up your challenges. They also neglected to tell me my doctor changed locations so I drove there only to be turned away and the woman at the front desk basically said she's not responsible for that. I love my Dr. But may be looking elsewhere. I need a doctor and staff that cares about their patients. Unfortunately this is not them. I avoid yelp reviews but want to either encourage Blue Sky to get their act together or warn patients to find a more attentive and compassionate provider.

My right arm had been falling asleep on and off for a while, no big deal. Well time went on, and it…read morewas getting worse, keeping me up at night. Then, as another month went by, my arm was falling asleep throughout the day as well, and staying asleep. My entire arm was numb, and there was pain in my hand, down to my fingers too. This wasn't going away. Something was up, and it was more than just "falling asleep" at night. I went to see my orthopaedic doctor. I wasn't sure if it was my shoulder and a pinched nerve, which I really thought it was, or my elbow, or my hand/wrist. After xrays, my doctor referred me to Dr. Marc M Treihaft, for an EMG, or nerve study. I made the appointment, and was lucky enough to get in, within several days. The staff in the office were very friendly. When Dr. Treihaft walked into the exam room, I wasn't sure what to expect, as I had never had a nerve study, otherwise called an EMG. He explained the process. We chatted about this and that, as he conducted the EMG study. The EMG did hurt a bit, little shocks, like when you accidentally touched an electrical socket when you were a kid. Once he was done measuring and doing the little electrical shocks (which didn't do any permanent damage or anything like that, you can tolerate it), he moved on to the needle part. Now when a small needle is inserted into the muscle, it will hurt a touch, and it did. It's just like getting a shot, rather several shots, over a few minutes. But, again, you can tolerate it. When he did this, he would put his hand against your arm, and say, "move your arm up," etc, which you do. These little "shots" are for a few seconds. It really is tolerable. Dr. Treihaft will tell you before he starts, that if at any time you are uncomfortable, to tell him, and he will stop. I knew that being a bit uncomfortable was worth it, as we needed to get to the bottom of what was causing my arm to be constantly numb now. Dr. Treihaft finished the test, and I thanked him for his time. My arm was sore, but nothing out of the ordinary. I took several Advil when I got home, and that did the trick. I know my referring doctor will get the results, and we'll go from there. As for other aspects of this review..... parking is in a large private parking lot. The office staff is very nice. I called back several days later, to ask a few questions, and they were on top of things. I was very appreciative. Thanks, Dr. Treihaft. No offense, hopefully I won't see you again, but if I do, I know I can count on you, and your staff, to do an excellent job, and treat me with respect as well. Thank you!

The receptionist stated 30-35 minutes longer. I asked to be rescheduled and she said it had to be re-approved. I left and called my claim examiner from workman's comp. I asked to be rescheduled and explained the situation. I just received a $100. Statement - for not showing up to my appointment! I was not told of this policy when I made the appointment, nor was it explained to me by the very grumpy receptionist. My claim examiner said workman's comp. would take care of it. The doctor clearly did not have time to see me. The receptionist could have explained the issue when I checked in. Isn't that the professional way to handle things when you are late? Perhaps she could have called ahead of time before I wasted the hour appointment and 50 minutes of driving. Perhaps she should schedule this greedy Doctor more time when she makes appointments. I won't waste anymore of my time. The office is old and dingy, the receptionist rude, and the wait unacceptable. This isn't rocket science in time management. After reading the few good reviews, I believe they were written by co-workers or friends of this Dr. Sorry, but the negative one's seem much more authentic.
