I have pictures and videos..not to mention I have proof of your employees saying it was a great job…read morebeing rolled up..not to mention the picture of the inflatable being nicely and professionally rolled up..we rolled up the inflatable early because the stench that was on that inflatable..you even said it yourself it has not been cleaned for a year so imagine the smell that was stuck to these kids cloths and my apartment..the apartment was never measured, if so what was the measurement? The guy said it himself this is not the first time this happened because the girl on the phone never knows what she is doing..and I know for a fact you guys don't make sure people is trained because who the heck uses a hand truck backwards on stairs? But the little girl didn't drop it specially carrying it that way for sure they did not need help..that's why he helped because with out him the inflatable would still be there till this day and they would of been hurt..my neighbor even came out to check up on them..if you would like I would gladly send pictures and videos to a email for you so you can see for yourself and justify ((your side of the story))..and by the way..thanks for the generous $25 refund for the cleaning that we did and not your employees..at least it will be clean and safe for the next kids because we care..Feel free to contact me for any questions or verifications with pictures and videos I will be more then happy to send them to you. Thank you. :)
