The most memorable people at CCAI were James, Susan and Evelyn who were the CCAI representatives located in Jiangxi province of China. They went out of their way to make sure that everything went perfectly and that we had everything and everyone at our disposal. They told us that if you child is sick and needs medicine, or if your child needs diapers, or anything, call us at any hour. They escorted us through all of the local government agencies and it always felt like we had the VIP treatment within China moving us to the head of lines at the airport and opening new windows at the local government agency offices. Joshua and Lily, the owners of CCAI, really have built a tremendous business that helps all of the children really needing homes in China and matching them with families who really want a child. I saw that amongst ourselves and the other adopting families. We are very thankful to this organization who has brought a lot of love into our lives. The only downside was the length of time turned out to be longer than first expected, however, CCAI was very good at keeping us up to date with what is going on and why so we could really feel that the time was coming up for our turn. Thanks again! I wish I could give them much more than 5 stars.

His behavior and fear far exceeded anything I could manage on my own, as nothing I did worked to help the Pup out. A friend of mine recommended Jenny. Jenny was amazing and God sent!!!! She supported me and gave me a lot of information on what to do to get our new found puppy to feel safe and come out of his shell. Through her walking me through what to do, contacting me to see how its going and her positive words the whole time, she was the catalyst for this puppy's recovery. Our new puppy went from being scared of us, Peeing himself when we were near and hiding in corners, to comming when I call, snuggling with me and playing all day long with his toys and our other dogs. He went from being the most sad soul I have ever met and transformed into a goofy and silly sweet boy. I accredit this to Jenny's information and guidance. He was a very extreme situation and it took a different approach and a level of understanding to get him to the place he is in now. Jenny comes highly recommended by myself and I would use her for any of my dogs or for any future needs because she is absolutely amazing!!! She is compassionate, caring, patient and you can you can tell she loves dogs with every fiber of her being!!!

Initially, I was just looking as I had some logistics to work out but then I met one of their new arrivals from New Mexico. Bourbon and I clicked immediately. I knew in my gut that he wouldn't be there long so I was able to take him home the same day. All of the ladies on staff were so incredibly friendly, kind and very knowledgable. Linda specifically was especially helpful. It's been almost a month and my little guy, now named Finn, is happy, settled in and is loving his new home. Thanks again to the whole group at RMFR. We adopted two kittens from this place and we asked them over and over again to give us healthy…read morecats because we had older kitty's at home and didn't want them to get sick but they promised us that the cats we adopted were healthy,come to find out both kittens were still sick with giardia and some sort of cat shelter sickness they passed it on to our other cats at home. We are still caring for the two kittens and love them dearly but we would have loved if they could have been tested better and handled more properly.---- This review was back when we first got our bonded pair of kittens it's been sitting in my drafts forever, I decided to post it now bc it took a lot of money to get the kittens better not just that ALL of my cats better now. I still have the kittens they are better than ever and have the best personalities but I will never be returning to this place just bc of what I said I still have older cats at home and they should have been sure the kittens were healthy before sending them out but they didn't.
