She ruined Mother's Day for my bed bound mother. TL;DR I fully believe you can get a good deal if you go to them. You probably could get decent furniture as well. But don't expect them to be honest or keep to their word. They will make you feel obligated to do something right away, or they will not give you the deal you agreed to. Also inspect their furniture before buying, otherwise expect to wait two months for a replacement that will never come. First I bought a kitchen table from them. The table is great! However, the chairs that came with them didn't have middle supports. After about 6 months the seats cushions fell apart. No one over 150 pounds used them and they still broke. The warranty expired, and I was left paying off a table that was broken. Make sure to inspect the furniture for quality before buying. My second experience I bought a bed from them. I was hesitant at first, being worried about the quality of the furniture from before. Let me start off by saying I love the bed despite it being slightly damaged upon delivery. BE careful when it comes to financing with them. I agreed to a specific deal when it comes to financing the bed. They ran my credit, and everything seemed to be fine. I was waiting for the details in writing when I received a call from them telling me that I would be receiving a code on my phone. They told me to get the financing we agreed upon I would have to give them that code at that very moment. So I gave it to them. They used that code to sign me up for a terrible financing deal that would have cost me almost three times the amount we agree upon in the first place. It had a three month buy out option, so I was able to get out of it, but make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing up front, and don't trust them. I talked to a lawyer, and the bottom line was that our laws are just not up to date for this kind of case. He said I could most likely win the case, but it would take years and cost me a fortune in legal fees. So it was most likely a better choice to buy out of the situation. It's partially my fault for trying to save money, and not demanding the paper work up front. They do have relatively cheap furniture. But you get what you pay for. That includes customer service.

Once again it was incorrect and he told me the Amazon ones were wrong (which they weren't). I insisted they fit and the number he gave me was wrong. He insisted I was wrong stating that the floor model that matched mine had the filter he was recommending. Turns out he was wrong. I went in, took the filter with the stock number he recommended and it was not the same as the floor model he had told me matched mine. In an effort to continue to do business with him I suggested he credit me the cost of a couple of filters. He refused since I had not bought from him before. I now go to Spa Tech here in Cruces. They are great, are interested in being helpful and in having my business. Avoid Discount Pools and Spas.

We just learned we need some panel upgrades before we go with another one since we just got a solar panels. They gave us a refund with no problems To me it speaks volumes about a business.
