I'd searched thru the microblading options in the Des Moines area and I kept coming back to her page. Her catalog of work on social media was the number one reason I reached out to Kristine and I was impressed with how quickly she responded and her flexibility in making my appointment. She reached out to me beforehand to ask me some health questions that seemed very standard for a basic procedure like this and asked if I had any concerns or if I wanted to do a skin test ahead of time to check for any adverse reactions... I wasn't too worried and declined the additional skin test. When I arrived at my appointment I noticed everything in her office was clean/ sanitized and of course we wore out COVID face masks throughout the duration of the appointment. In mapping my eyebrow I noticed she was very thorough and allowed me to be collaborative on my preferred shape and size of my eyebrows. The entire appointment took less time than I anticipated but it never felt rushed and I know she took care to make sure that my eyebrows were perfectly symmetrical. When she showed me her progress along the way I was soo completely happy with my decision to choose her to do my eyebrows!! Looking forward to going in for my touch up in a few weeks and I'll post an update!! THANK YOU KRISTINE!!! You did such an awesome job!!

You're aware of what's going on and ensured the end results are 100% your decision and to your complete satisfaction. Kristine takes the time to discuss what you're looking for and makes you feel completely confident booking with her, the moment she greets you at your appointment. She answered any questions I had and also double checked that everything is done, with you in control of the completed look. Her bubbly and easy to talk to personality, makes the process fly by and she keeps in touch, to ensure after the procedure you're still satisfied with the results and/or if you need a touch up.
