Ask me to leave the car immediately when she know I don't have cash on me, but she never mentioned before that I have to pay in cash. She said I am too "argumentative" to attend her behind the wheel courses, while she never let me finish my sentences and lectures me as if I own her 1million dollars. I waited more than one week to finally get my calls answered, but she cannot even wait 20s to let me recheck my meeting time. Incredibly irresponsible. One of the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE experience I've ever had. I really wonder how it manages to stay in business. PLZ, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Just to be sent to a voicemail and not receive a returned call. Teenagers trying to obtain a driver's license are minors and do not have authority to schedule their own classes, and yet they call the CHILD about such things. They don't have a good tracking system and will come back later and tell you that a class has been missed and you are being charged an additional $50. Who scheduled the class? It wasn't me! Or did you again call the student to set up a class. They need a secretary in the office to prevent so many missed calls. This place I would not recommend at all. They got the one star only because I had too.

From our first phone call to linking up via Zoom and eventually meeting Mr. Odom in person, it has always been such a positive experience. Our daughter has a very busy schedule which made it really hard to find a time for her driving lessons. Mr. Odom went above and beyond to get us on his schedule. Mr. Odom is a wonderful, patient and kind instructor. Our daughter grew to be a more confident driver and got a lot of helpful driving tips from Mr. Odom. We highly recommend Mr. Odom with Navigation Academy!

I took this class because I had a reckless driving ticket for falling asleep at the wheel,…read moreresulting in property damage (I crashed into a parked car - myself, nor was anyone else injured). Reckless Driving (General) in VA carries a hefty fine ($2500 I believe) and possible jail time for the maximum punishment. Taking this course is the first thing any lawyer will tell you to do, especially for a reckless driving ticket. I definitely recommend it! Although I am familiar with the rules of the road, its a great refresher course and provides insight on some of the newer laws that people often don't get informed about until a ticket is issued and best practices when it comes to preparing for court, more importantly. Jerome was my instructor and he's awesome!! He's been doing this for several years and can provide answers to many of the general questions about the VA court system and how VA as a state is structured with regard to the ticketing system. COURT: Most of us are not taking this class just for fun (although it was entertaining at times); its because we have court in the near future (if the class wasn't already assigned to you by the court). My preparation consisted of the 1 stop driving school course & lawyer (Dunningan Law in Chesapeake, VA - great service!). A lawyer is not totally necessary (Jerome, even told me I most likely did not need one), but I wanted to be 10,000% prepared because WHO has time for jail and a $2500 fine?! The first thing the judge asked me was "what did you learn in driving school?" and then my lawyer motioned to have the charges dropped and then that was it! Out in less than 10 mins. COPS: If you're reading this you've probably already dealt with the cops, BUT for future reference, it goes a VERY long way to cooperate with the cops when you're pulled over. They do have hearts! The cop who gave me my ticket was generous enough to mention how cooperative I was the night of my accident to my lawyer which was then taken into consideration for the charge to be TOTALLY DISMISSED!
