I had an appt at noon for an immunization. They opened at 10 am and failed to inform me that they ran out of this vaccine 2 days ago. Surprise! Previous interactions caused me to run in circles trying to satisfy requirements and in the end say sorry, we don't actually provide these with your insurance causing me to run out of supplies with no way to regulate my blood sugar for 10 days. The pharmacist says this sounds like a training opportunity as his explanation technique. Also the text reminders that med refills are ready had never notified me once, phone # has been updated and verified, but still in their system wrong. I have been so proactive and so disappointed with each experience. Time to move on to a professional pharmacy.

I thought the front office staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. Like a reviewer below, I wasn't able to get in as fast as I'd hoped, but - given the circumstances of the world right now - I didn't let that bother me too much. This clinic is close to home and convenient to drive to. I had been working with their PTA, Brandie, who unfortunately was condescending and visibly annoyed while working with me. She would giggle after making passive comments about me/my performance in order to present the comments as playful, which was extremely unsympathetic considering my physical situation and level of pain. I felt like she was mocking me. At one point she even angrily snapped "I'm trying to help you!" when I winced during therapy. I don't believe any professional should be snapping at patients simply for having a reaction to the pain. That's part of the job and a big part of therapy. I guess my facial expressions displeased her? Strange. If I decide to return I will be requesting to work only with other staff.
