The employees here are very friendly and they have the cutest and friendliest dogs here to greet you. My sister and I stopped in to pick up a MTG deck and some card sleeves. Prices for sealed product aren't too bad given how hard some items can be to find. This shop also has a decent space to come and play with your group. The staff is wonderful but does not have time to waste evaluating your worthless stamps, cards, etc. Also, shoplifting is a problem, so do not act suspiciously if you want to deal here. I have spent thousands of dollars here. Five stars.

Very rare for me to give a business less than 5 stars but I feel this has to be shared- from the…read moremoment we walked in it was an uncomfortable experience. My daughter had a candy in her hand, the woman walked over to us immediately and took her candy and made her wash her hands (didn't give her back the wrapped candy after either) they made us try on dresses with the door ajar (she's a 7 year old girl this should not be policy), they rushed and made what should've been a beautiful shopping experience into an uncomfortable one. They must've felt my distaste as the one sales associate left and the other one, much nicer, came over to help us. Although they watched my every move and followed me around the store as if I'd actually steal something. Very uncomfortable. I wanted to try on different sized dresses because the under $150 sizes were limited, they took the dress I pulled out and out back on the rack and told me it wouldn't fit her, basically not allowing her to try it on. The store also smelled like mold. Very overpriced items. However their selection of dresses and unique items were nice. I see many nice reviews so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was me or maybe an off day for them. Either way I will look back on a very expensive shopping trip that was supposed to be fun with my daughter as an uncomfortable one. Definitely feel like I was robbed of an experience and looking back I should've left.

I don't even care that he gave me such a crazy lowball offer, but the way he was talking to me was so incredibly condescending. I've never been treated so poorly by a customer facing business. I have pretty tough skin being in sales for a decade, but this guy made my stomach turn with how little respect he gave towards his customer. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with an attitude because I thought I had to wait for an employee to let me in the door after ringing their doorbell. I don't understand how someone like him can still be in business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want to do business locally, like I tried to do. You'll get a low offer and a huge attitude to go with it.
