The suites are a part of the Colombier hotel but are across the alley, so they have a different name. However, the suites are charming and were perfect for our needs. The room was obviously in a very old structure but all the amenities were thoroughly modern. The front desk is staffed by typically just me person, and there were at least four or five different people during the time we were there.
The lobby of the suites had the rustic feel, with exposed beams and creaky staircases, but the room was nicely appointed with marble baths, great shower, sink, etc.
The continental breakfast featured meats, cheeses, eggs, in addition to freshly squeezed orange juice and the usual breads, cereal, yogurt, etc. There was a self serve coffee machine which churned out very good coffee, too. We were very satisfied with our stay here. read more
